In order to access the building it is necessary to register with the following information:

- Names of each guest

- ID number of each guest (Passport#, Drivers License#, etc.)

- Estimated time of arrival

Please note that reservations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. This allows us to prepare for your arrival and ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible.

Visits are not allowed and the indicated capacity must not be exceeded.



Important Information for Guests:



-Guest details must be provided at least 48 hours before arrival to ensure access to the building. Failure to do so may result in cancellation or relocation of your reservation.



-Please note that tent reservation management is a third-party service, and user approval may take time depending on the application. Their operating hours are Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM and Saturdays from 8 AM to 12 PM. Please notify us two days in advance to process your reservation.



-After 9:00 PM, we maintain a calm environment so everyone can rest well. Please avoid loud sounds in the common areas.



-Drinks are not allowed in the pool area, but you are welcome to enjoy them at the beach.



-Pets are not allowed. If you are traveling with one, please note that additional charges may apply.



-Upon arrival, all guests are required to pay a fee of 30,000 COP per person in cash at the building’s front desk. Please make sure to bring the exact amount corresponding to the total number of guests.
