Can we check in early or drop off bags?
We try to stick to our 4 PM check-in time. We recommend using a luggage drop-off service, such as Bounce Luggage Storage in The Gulch or Nashville Luggage Drop.

- Is it free parking?

No. You need to register your car and pay for the parking fee via the QR code to park your car in the property.

Here`s the parking rate:

- $25 per night for a stay of 1 to 2 nights
- $25 per night with a 40% discount for stays of 3 or more nights using a discount code (to be provided, please message us upon arrival)

If our parking lot is full, overflow & free parking is available at the Burger King and Sonic across the street. Please note that 25th Hour is not liable for any damage to vehicles parked in these areas.
House Rules & Guest Agreement

To ensure a safe, comfortable, and high-quality experience for all guests, the following terms and conditions apply to every reservation:

Responsibility for Damages
Guests accept full financial responsibility for any damage to the property, furnishings, or common areas, as well as any violations of these House Rules. Charges will be assessed as necessary to restore the property.

Minimum Age Requirement
The individual making the reservation must be at least 18 years of age and must remain present for the duration of the stay.

Check-In & Check-Out Policy
Check-in: 4:00 PM
Check-out: 10:00 AM

Requests for early check-in or late check-out must be approved in advance and, if granted, are subject to a fee of $25 per hour. Unauthorized late departures that interfere with housekeeping operations will incur additional charges.

Local Guest Restrictions
Reservations from guests residing within the local area are not permitted without prior written approval. The host reserves the right to cancel such bookings at its discretion.

Prohibited Activities
Smoking, parties, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. Any evidence of smoking will result in a minimum fine of $1,000, in addition to all costs associated with cleaning, deodorization, and repairs.

Occupancy Limits
Only the number of guests specified in the reservation are permitted to occupy the unit overnight. Unauthorized occupants constitute a violation of this agreement.

Parking & Safety Compliance
Guests must park exclusively in designated areas. Blocking fire lanes, access points, or other vehicles is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate towing at the vehicle owner’s expense, without notice.

Property Access Control, Guest & Visitor Identification
To help maintain the safety, security, and integrity of the property, management reserves the right to request the name on the reservation, room/unit number, and a valid government-issued photo ID from any registered guest or visitor at any time during the stay. All guests and visitors are expected to fully cooperate with this policy upon request. Failure or refusal to provide valid identification or verify authorized access may be considered a violation of these House Rules and may result in denied entry, immediate removal from the property, or termination of the reservation without refund. This policy is in place to protect the safety, privacy, comfort, and overall experience of all guests, residents, and staff.

Personal Property
Guests are solely responsible for their personal belongings. Any items left behind after departure may be discarded, as storage and return cannot be guaranteed.

Pet Policy
Pets are not permitted unless expressly authorized in writing. Unauthorized animals will result in a $500 fine. Guests traveling with service animals are requested to notify the host in advance.

Assumption of Risk & Liability
Guests assume all risk of loss, injury, or damage arising from their use of the premises and its facilities and agree to hold the host harmless to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Agreement & Enforcement
By confirming a reservation, guests acknowledge and agree to abide by these House Rules. Violations may result in immediate termination of the stay, removal from the property without refund, and assessment of any applicable fees, damages, or penalties.

Guest Verification Requirement
All reservations are subject to completion of a secure guest verification process prior to check-in. Failure to complete this process may result in cancellation of the reservation.

Trash & Cleanliness
Guests are required to dispose of all trash in the designated dumpster located in the parking area. Trash left inside or outside the unit will result in a $100 fee.

Housekeeping, Linen Use & Excessive Cleaning
Standard cleaning is included; however:

Excessive mess, staining, or misuse of linens/towels will incur additional charges
Missing or damaged linens will be billed at replacement cost. Guests are expected to maintain reasonable cleanliness during their stay.

Nice place. Needed a good deep cleaning. The couch had major stains. I would not sit on it. Close location to downtown but in a very industrial area.

The little time I did stay in the unit I noticed bugs appearing on the counter, tables, and walls. One bug is enough for me not to unpack my belongings. The stove, pots, couch, and flooring needs attention.

Choosing this place for the views was definitely a smoke and mirrors experience. It was great looking at the skyline and that was truly the best part of the space. Initially, it took almost an hour to get access to the front door. Clearly we were not the only ones because there was a small crowd without access as well so we didn’t think much more about it. After back and forth communication we were inside. Once inside the arcade game did not work because it was not plugged in and then once plugged in it still did not work as it stayed on the loading screen. The Nashville sign above the door was missing the ac adapter and therefore did not work. There were stains all over the sectional and even the sheets. The towels all smelled like mildew. There was no dish soap or anything to wipe with so hand soap was the only option. The garbage disposal did not work even after pressing the reset button and cycling the breaker. It would have been great to know this beforehand only because there was a good amount of food that went in there that had to be removed in order to avoid clogs. The place is newer and therefore it was overall clean.
