The Space:

Upon entering the Muse building, your unique code grants access to the inviting main lobby. Here, you'll find comfortable seating, a TV for entertainment, and a convenient vending machine. Additional amenities on this floor include a shared gym for your fitness needs, a building laundry room, and direct access to the building's paid parking garage. Take the elevator to the 5th floor, where your apartment awaits, along with the building's renowned rooftop deck and lounge. This space offers ample seating, both indoors and outdoors, a TV for entertainment, a wet bar for refreshments, and breathtaking views of downtown Nashville. Your apartment is a one-bedroom, one-bathroom unit, designed to accommodate larger groups with additional sleeping arrangements. The kitchen features twin bunk beds, and a queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room. Prepare delicious meals in our well-equipped kitchen and unwind in the living room, enjoying the city views.



The Neighborhood:

Situated on the southern edge of downtown proper known as SoBro (South of Broadway), this stay puts you right in the heart of Nashville. Broadway is a 6-7 block walk and there are some great restaurants and coffee shops even closer, such as Pinewood Social, Husk, and Crema Coffee. This location is walkable or a very short rideshare to anything downtown including Nissan Stadium and the Gulch. Other notable Nashville neighborhoods are just minutes away by car.



Getting Around:

This apartment is ideally located for exploring downtown Nashville! You can easily walk to Broadway and all the downtown attractions. Alternatively, rideshare services are readily available. If you plan to venture further into Nashville's diverse neighborhoods, having a car is recommended. The building offers paid parking for $25 per night. Additionally, free street parking is often available in the surrounding area.

We charge for additional guests above a fixed amount. For this unit, that charge is $30 additional per person after the 4th guest. If you input the correct guest count when you make your reservation the amount the booking site indicated as the total cost will not change (due to guest count). We ask for confirmation of guest count after you complete your booking. If you need to increase your guest count after booking confirmation due to a booking error, this could result in a price increase. Finally, we verify guest count via external cameras located on our properties. In the event that we notice a guest count at the property that is higher than reported, we reserve the right to ask for additional guest fees that would be double the amount we would have charged prior to check-in.



Renters must be at least 21 years of age, and guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.



Parties are strictly forbidden from this listing and we charge a $1000 fee for any unauthorized parties.



The following additional charges apply to late check outs/early arrivals, assuming we can offer this at all (we often can’t so please never assume this will be allowed):



1 hr or less early arrival or late departure: $50

1-2 hr early arrival/late departure: $100

2-3 hr early arrival/late departure: $150

3+ hr early arrival/late departure: $200 or the cost of an additional night’s stay, whichever is more



These fees are primarily in place to highly discourage late checkouts/early arrivals since this causes my cleaning service undue stress to prep the unit prior to your or the next set of guest’s arrival. This also increases the need for them to rush/cut corners, increasing the likelihood of them not cleaning the unit to the high standard which I hold them to.



We have Smart (HD) TVs with streaming services available for you to log in to using your own accounts. This unit does not have cable TV or local channels.



There are absolutely no pets allowed in this building - no exceptions. Thank you!



***Finally, smoking is strictly forbidden anywhere on the property - the apartment, building, or anywhere on the property***



***If our team finds cigar/cigarette butts of any kind on the property or evidence of smoking (ash on surfaces, empty cigarette packs, etc.) we will assess a $500 cleaning fee in addition to the regular cleaning fee***



***We have an external security camera on the entrance to the apartment which we view remotely to validate party size, ensure no unauthorized parties are being thrown by guests, and no unauthorized pets are present on the property***



You are strictly forbidden from bringing firearms or items associated with them (including guns, bullets, gunpowder, shells, magazines, silencers, etc.) on this property whether or not they are licensed. If you violate this policy or we find evidence that you did (e.g. firearms or bullets are discovered by our cleaners following your stay) we will assess a $1000 fine.



For guests requiring a pack n play, high chair, or any other non-standard item, please submit your request at least 7 days before check-in to ensure availability. If the request is made less than 7 days prior to check-in, we will make every effort to accommodate it, but cannot guarantee availability.
