Esta es una pequeña villa tranquila ubicada en la costa sur de la Toscana en la pequeña ciudad costera de Bibbona, con una gran sala de estar y comedor a la sombra y un acceso privado a la playa.
Cinco habitaciones con camas king size, tres de las cuales se pueden separar en gemelos, cinco baños en suite, cocina muy bien equipada, interiores elegantes. Otra pequeña habitación doble está disponible para niños.

Duermen adentro para que no haya ladridos por la noche, pero podría haber algo durante el día cuando alguien ingresa a la propiedad: me aseguro de detenerlos tan pronto como comiencen para no molestar a los invitados. Hasta ahora, no ha habido ninguna queja de nadie.

Desideria’s lovely beach house was the perfect base for a week of swimming, sun, and sand. The house is extremely well equipped with everything you might need. We enjoyed a lovely seafood welcome dinner with spaghetti alle vongole and branzino. Don’t miss La Pineta, Michelin starred restaurant with fantastic seven course seafood menu. Day trips to Isle of Elba and Cinque Terre, Puccini’s home in Torre del Lago all outstanding despite the heat! Bolgheri wineries and wines are sensational! Great week.

Park like paradise

After a busy week in the city, this was the perfect change of pace. The house fit our large family, the walk to the beach was easy, the grounds were manicured and spacious. It was so relaxing. Desi was a fantastic host.

Extremley relaxed an very tasteful holiday

We stayed with 3 families for 2 weeks at this absolutley beautiful house. It is very tasteful decorated, you´ve got the feeling of being home immediatley. The beds and linen are high quality, very comfortable and provided a good night sleep. The bathroom have good water pressure and the is a fullbody mirror in every bath or bedrooom. The house itself as well as the garden offers lots of opportunities to sit together as well as to sit alone and relax. Desideria is a host as we have never experienced someone else, she is extremly warm, welcoming, professional, all the same. She has a very good feeling how much distance or support the guest might like, always giving the feeling that her only wish is to make it as beautiful as possible for her guests. For this two weeks casa Rosa was completly our house, she never came over uninvited or checked on it. We booked someone to cook for us every second day and we never gained kilos so happily. Thanks, Nicoletta! We were offered typical tuscany food, highest quality, biological - all our wishes were fulfilled or even exceeded. Try the stew and the homemade fries, the frittata and the cotoletta milanese, it is mouthwatering even as I write this review - and it is in the morning! The way to the beach is just beautiful and there is a shed where you can leave things like umbrella, sand toys, blankets, so you don´t habe to carry so much every day. Regarding to care for the envviroment it is great that you can drink the water from the tap, which is rare in Italy. Desideria installed a filter so it it not a problem at Casa Rosa, so you will not habe to buy and carry lots of water bottles and produce more plastic waste. We will come back, if possible. Thank you for a wonderful holiday!

Stunning Location

After traveling around Italy for a few days, we stayed here for 5 days. The location is absolutely beautiful, lush green grass and trees, the perfect relaxation and quiet we all needed. My family and friends stayed here 7 in total. Everyone loved the house, lots of room, Dessi really thought of everything a guest would need. We loved the short walk to the beach, catching the sunset and relaxing on the beach. Dessi was a great host, lots of recommendations for food and places to eat. We topped off our trip with a great recommendation from Dessie on a famous chef’s restaurant. 10 out of 10 was the consensus of the group!!

Really comfy, cosy and luxirious House

We found a perfect location, near the sea (2 min walking) and just a nice wood behind the house. The house as well was wonderfull, clean really spacious, fully equipped, even more than we neeeed. The first day, the owner cooked a really nice meal for us, it was a very nice welcome. If we will go a next time in Italy for sure in this house.

A Treasure in Tuscany

Our family had a wonderful time at Desidera's beautiful property. The house is large & airy & spacious and wonderfully maintained by Desidera with plenty of towels, appliances, dishware, etc. Our large family included grandparents, teenagers and small children and the house easily accommodated everyone's needs. Desidera is very generous and is on site and quick to respond to any requests and shared great tips on local places to shop for meat, fish, etc. The food in bibbona and the surrounding region is delicious due to lots of local agriculture. Bolgheri only 15 minutes away is a treasure with fabulous vineyards to visit. Bibbona is a very family friendly beach town. Our 3 year old loved all the playgrounds and amusement parks for little kids. The house is ideally located right on the beach, a short walk through a pine forest. Desidera supplies lots of beach chairs and umbrellas for your use. Everyone had a wonderful time!

Super nette Gastgeberin, tolles Objekt, Wohlfühlen für klein und groß

Insgesamt eine grandiose Unterkunft!! Zuerst muss auf jeden Fall die absolut nette und immer hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, Desideria, genannt werden. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir genauestens in die Örtlichkeiten eingeführt, Rundgang durchs Haus, über das Grundstück bis zum Strand und eine Erklärung der technischen Geräte etc. Vor unserer Ankunft hat Desideria schon unseren Wunscheinkaufszettel "abgearbeitet", so dass von Anfang an alle notwendigen Lebensmittel usw. vorhanden waren, ohne dass man sich nach langer Anreise noch durch einen italienischen Supermarkt kämpfen muss. Damit man beim Einkauf auch die "richtigen" Geschäfte auswählen kann, ist Desideria am nächsten Tag mit uns herumgefahren und hat uns Schlachter, Weinladen, Bäcker sowie gute Obststände und Supermarkt persönlich gezeigt. Auch sonst war sie jederzeit für uns ansprechbar und konnte uns mit Rat und Tat (weil die Köchin einen Abend keine Zeit hatte, wurden wir von der "Chefin" selbst bekocht - sehr schmackhafter Wolfsbarsch aus dem Ofen) zur Seite stehen - es war wunderbar. Die Villa selber ist toll. Fünf schöne große Schlafzimmer mit jeweils eigenem Bad sorgen dafür, dass man sich morgens od er abends nicht in die Quere kommt. Der Wohnbereich im Erdgeschoss ist außerordentlich großzügig bemessen, wurde von uns aber kaum genutzt, da sich das ganze Leben auch draußen abspielen kann. Vor der Küche gibt es eine großzügige Terrasse mit einem großen Tisch und einem großen Grill, so dass wir immer draußen essen konnten. Und auf der anderen Seite des Hauses befindet sich eine überdachte Sitzecke mit Sofas, Sesseln und kleinen Tischen. Dazu ein Kühlschrank mit Eismaschine, so dass man den kalten Drink sozusagen jederzeit zur Hand hatte. Nicht zu vergessen die top ausgestattete Küche mit allem was man braucht, u.a. riesengroßer Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfächern, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler, Gasherd mit sechs Platten und großer Backofen. Geschirr und Küchengeräte sind in mehrfacher Ausfertigung vorhanden, so dass man nicht, wie in manchen Fewos, mit einer Minimalausstattung leben muss. Dazu kommt das riesige Grundstück mit diversen lauschigen Plätzen und dem Zugang zum Strand. Alle unsere Kinder und Enkel fanden es "awesome" und zukünftige Unterkünfte haben es ganz schwer. Etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig sind hin und wieder die Veranstaltungen auf dem Campingplatz nebenan, man wundert sich manchmal, wer sich zum Singen berufen fühlt. Ist aber gegen 11 vorbei. Es war insgesamt ein toller Urlaub.

Paradise at the Tuscany Beach, Marina di Bibonna

This was our second stay at Desideria's beautiful estate. Last year ( aug. 2017) we stayed with our whole family (10 persons) in the piccolo Villa, it was wonderful, too much to describe here, the property was very clean and beautiful, Desideria is a dream of a host, arranged even that we could visit an optician when one of us lost their pair of glasses ! This year (aug. 2018) we stayed with our whole family in the Pink Villa, what a complete, beautiful, traditional ,very well maintained place to stay, with access to the big garden and of course the private path to the beach !! Desideria arranged and prepared a big dinner for us in the villa ! The location of the property is perfect to visit all the must see places in Tuscany, and of course the beach. The 2 weeks we stayed was incredible and in Desideria we had the best host we could wish for. !! If possible we will come back to spent our coming holidays !! Thanks Desideria ! Jose & Paul and family..

A lovely place with lovely host!

This was the perfect setting for a get together with old friends, we couldn't have asked for more! Desideria was incredibly welcoming and was key to make our stay even more wonderful: truly the best host possible! The house was recently renovated and has all comforts. Bedrooms all have AC units or windows with shutters. No screens on windows, but there are mosquito repellent plugs in every room. Bathrooms, like everything else, were neat and clean. After an easy 3 minute walk through the pine trees and bushes of the property (where we met turtles more than once!) there's a private access to the beach, which we always found nearly empty - not surprising, given that the public access to the beach is pretty far away. We had great weather during our stay so we spent a lot of time outside: on top of one of the dunes around the house there's a lovely terrace for drinks at sunset and a stone bbq where we had not one but two amazing meat-based dinners. When we told Desi we wanted to do a bbq, she suggested a hidden gem: a local butcher where we got probably the best meat I have ever had. Another example of how great of a host Desi was to us: discreet, but always helpful and warm. Can't put in words how much we loved it, we had all we needed - the beach, a spacious house and garden, and a lot of privacy...we're already planning next year's stay!

A Tuscany dream by the sea.

Located in a quiet corner of a large estate, the house and gardens are very charming, spacious and private If you have ever wanted to stay in a delightful, peaceful and elegantly informal place, with a fragrant garden and a private access to the sea through a magical pinewood, this is the place.The house itself is a Tuscany dream, very bright, clean and comfortable.  The village provides everything you need, the greatest thing is to buy fresh fish or tasty “Fiorentina” meat and make a BBQ in the wonderful garden.  The communication and hospitality of Desideria were very easy and enormously lovely. Warmly recommended!
