Thank you, Paul, for your kind review! It was really my pleasure to have you both stay for the month! I always appreciate renters who are kind, careful, and pleasant to communicate with, and I especially appreciate your help for noticing the small mechanical change of the door handle operation which was then able to be replaced before it broke... Thanks again for choosing to stay with me and I look forward to having you both back soon! Best, Faye

Thank you for your review and for your kind comments about the condo, amenities, and hosting experience. I am pleased that you enjoyed the unit, pool, hot tub, fitness center, beach equipment, and the many supplies provided for guests. Regarding the sunset view, the photos in my listing accurately represent the property. For clarity, the sunset photographs shown in the listing were taken from the beach area of the property, not from the balcony. As with any beachfront location, palm growth, seasonal sun angles, and weather conditions can affect where the sun sets relative to the building and surrounding landscape at different times of the year. Many guests enjoy watching sunsets both from the balcony and from the beach, which is only a short walk from the unit. The construction activity mentioned in the review was part of a large-scale condominium association renovation project affecting the entire property. In addition, individual unit owners may undertake renovations within their own condos. These projects are completely outside the control of any individual owner. I made every effort to communicate all information that was provided to me by the Association. However, I do not have access to information regarding renovation schedules for privately owned units. Information regarding ongoing property improvements and the possibility of construction-related activity was also disclosed in the Lease provided prior to occupancy. Thanks for the feedback, wish you all the best!

Thank you very much, Amy, for your kind review! I am so glad you have enjoyed your stay and have made good use of the amenities our community has to offer. I appreciate that you are very careful and you took great care of my condo during your two month stay. Thanks again for choosing to stay in my condo! Come back soon!

Thank you for taking time reviewing your stay! It's a true pleasure to have you spend your month long vacation in my property! You are pleasant, kind and careful! I would love to welcome you back anytime soon!
