The house was lovely and comfortable with views of the water from the living areas and all bedrooms. My favourite spot was the verandah where I watched the water, enjoyed the birds and relaxed.

Great couple of days

Just old friends enjoying each other’s company. The views were spectacular as well. Slight problem getting the cook top working but sorted it out with help from the real estate and the owner. Will probably stay again, really enjoyed it

Perfect Peaceful Escape From Sydney

This accommodation was the perfect escape from our hectic Sydney lifestyle. The property overlooks the most beautiful afternoon sunset across the lake. It was so peaceful! We had 3 adults and a 12 year old and dog. Fit comfortably - my only suggestion would be the place needs 2 couches. The rest was excellent! Great location close to everything you need. Local bakery was fantastic too!

Place was not cleaned. The property manager was terrible.

When we got to the property, the place was a mess . It was not cleaned, i had to get in touch with the property manager . Then we ran out of toilet paper and i was advised to take some out of the garage. Then there was.no internet and i was advised to find the dongle somewhere near the bookcase. The icing on the cake was when we saw a white tail spider in one of the rooms. I mentioned all this to Jessica and she ensured me that a monetary refund of 200 will be transferred onto my card, but this was not the case. Her reply was this refund reflects the time that was lost. My girlfriends and I were celebrating our milestone birthdays and we couldn't do anything at the place due to the issues we had from day one. I have recommended my friend and family not to visit this place . The communication was appalling out of the of the garage. On the of the

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home presented nicely but the following were disappointing: Having to spend half an hour looking for the remote on a freezing day was very frustrating and then to fund it under a power board was something that should not have happened. The home states 2 bathrooms, but doesn't say it is located in the garage.We moved the coffee table to find it hadn't been accused under there for some time.Cleaning wasn't great at all.Why are the beds only a double and not queen size.? Very uncomfortable for a couple

Great location and comfortable accommodation

The pictures do not do justice to the views from the deck and living areas. One of the best equipped holiday houses we have stayed in. A great place to chill out.

I didn’t want to go home!

The property was immaculate, beautifully presented and fresh and light. The beds were very comfortable, it was close to shops and a good swimming and playing area for children - but that view!! I spent hours just sitting and looking at the lake. Even my fur baby was happy just to sit and watch the boats and people as the walked along the reserve. Sunsets with a glass of wine were wonderful!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I think this is our fourth or high stay with our Tibetan Terrier. It's perfect for us, ashtrays spotlessly clean and well maintained. It's a glorious spot on the lake. However, I would not recommend it for larger groups as the beds are standard double and there is only one bathroom. Perfect for one or two couples.

All about the view

We enjoyed a lovely short break. The house was very comfortable, with pretty much everything you could want. The views are incredible and you can enjoy a lovely walk along the reserve. It’s peaceful and calm. Would definitely recommend.

Relaxing getaway

We so enjoyed our stay. The lake with the sun going down set the scene. The beds were very comfortable and the hoyse was accessible to sights in the area. Highly recommended.

Lovely winter lake holiday

We loved it there. This is our first time at the Lake, and it was surprisingly calm and relaxing. The house was clean and had everything that we needed and wanted. We would love to come back at a different season.

Great location for a short break

We had a great stay over a long weekend. Property manager was very responsive and the place was very clean. Lovely balcony to sit and watch the sunsets. As we were there in winter an outdoor gas heater would be a great addition but that's just being picky.

Super relaxing location

Beautiful property and location and thoroughly loved our stay. The view from the property is so lovely and also close access to restaurant and groceries Few suggestion to make the experience better - a handy small vaccum made available for use - move the microwave into kitchen counter area as with it sitting in the cupboard and having to keep the door open is a hazard

Great stay at Lake Macquarie

Really loved our stay at this house. Had a beautiful outlook, lots of books/ games/ recommendations for local restaurants and activities. The property manager was also super friendly and approachable during our stay.

Beautiful home unfortunately not suitable for us.

The house was very well equipped & very clean. Quiet location & very relaxing on the deck with a glass of wine in the afternoon watching the sunset over the lake, would be lovely if there was a comfy outdoor lounge rather than benches. Summerland Point local shops have everything you need for shopping & takeaway food. Unfortunately, my mother who is 85 years old was unable to take advantage of the reserve at your backdoor as the pathway was way too steep for her. We would have definitely rebooked but is just not suitable for us.
