Vacaciones en lujo, 1 milla a Goose Rocks Beach. Campo grande

Hogar lejos del hogar. Simplemente abra la puerta desde el porche delantero y tendrá la seguridad de sentirse relajado y totalmente en casa. Esta casa bellamente decorada fue construida en 2005 con todas las comodidades que necesitará en sus vacaciones. Cocina totalmente equipada abierta al salón y comedor. Luminoso y espacioso, con mucho espacio para relajarse.

Grande proyectado en porche amueblado fuera de la sala de estar y dormitorio principal. El área del loft de arriba tiene muchos libros y juegos para disfrutar de TV, DVD y Sony PS2, perfectos para los jóvenes y jóvenes de corazón para pasar el rato. Patio muy grande, para ese partido amistoso de béisbol o fútbol. Si te apetece un día de descanso, relájate en la hamaca en el patio privado. Nueva cubierta trasera agregada en 2011 que linda con el porche proyectado.

Ducha exterior con agua fría y caliente para enjuagarse después de un día en la playa. Disfrute de su café de la mañana en uno de los dos porches o proyectado en el porche trasero. Hay mucho que hacer con 4 playas cerca. Compre en el centro de Kennebunkport o visite LL. Frijoles en Freeport.

Pase una noche en uno de los maravillosos restaurantes locales. Langostas vivas a la venta en el camino. Relájate, disfruta, te lo mereces.

Our group of friends LOVED our stay here in Kennebunkport. This beautiful house had everything we needed - it was comfortable, spotless & close to all of our touring spots. The screened in porch was our favorite! We will recommend this to friends & family! I would definitely come back!

Friend's wedding weekend

Good size house away from the road, quiet neighborhood. The house is big and has a great kitchen fully stocked with everything you need to cook for a big group. I would stay here again! Close to Goose Rocks Beach!

Family getaway in Kennebunkport.

The family had a great week at Gillian's home in Kennebunkport. The location is close to the beach and downtown. This is our third time at Gillian’s home. The house is big enough for the whole family with all the amenities needed to make a few meals at home. The home has a beautiful updated kitchen, which gives us a nice home feeling. Thanks again for letting us stay at your home. We had a lovely time.

Peaceful week had with family

Perfect home for a large family or multiple families. Bedrooms are large and spacious with plenty of room to lounge upstairs or play space for littles. This was our 2nd year in a row and it has everything we need for 3 families including little kids. Short drive to Goose Rocks Beach which is the best little beach! And a short drive to other popular locations.

Family vacation

We spent a lovely week in Kennebunkport. The house was clean and well stocked with housewares, which what was needed to make a few dinners at home and enjoy the beautiful outdoors. Gillian was very attentive in asking if everything was in order. The family wants to go back to Kennebunkport and stay in this beautiful home again. Thanks for letting us enjoy your home.

Very comfortable

Wonderful location near the beach. Bicycled to it a few times. Parking at the beach is $100 per week. The yard was very private and nicely kept. The deck and screened in porch were delightful. It rained most of our week, so we did spend a lot of time indoors and enjoyed the space. We were surprised that we needed to provide our own sheets and towels and haul the garbage to the curb. This has not been the norm for our vrbo stays. However, the house is very reasonably priced and we did truly enjoy our stay. The bicycles and beach equipment were helpful. Thanks

Fantastic Host, awesome property

This was a fantastic rental. Your minutes away from the beach, and writing between Kennebunkport and University of New England. We rented it for our daughter's graduation from UNE and it was a perfect place to stay with all the adult relatives. Thank you for making this such a great experience and so easy

Great weekend

Great home for a big group. We were there off season but imagine it's perfect for a family in the summer - the house was fully stocked for great beach adventures and had bikes and a large screened in porch. Gillian was very helpful and easy to work with and was available for questions and advice

Wonderful Near GooseRocks

We had a fabulous fall weekend getaway. Easy communication with the owner and the place was better than expected. Nice surprise was that the house was further off the road than we thought so we had more privacy , fall foliage , and a huge front and back yard. Great place !

Great house for a girls weekend

We had a wonderful time. Gillian was very easy to get in touch with and the house was clean and well stocked. We love the restaurant Earth at Hidden Pond and were so excited to discover this house is almost across the street! Def recommend this home :)

Perfect place to stay for a weeks vacation

This was our first time at this property and it certainly won’t be our last! 3 families total with 2 littles and it was perfect! House was clean and tidy and had everything needed. The bedrooms are are large and have comfy beds. Overall it was a great experience and there was nothing that we wished was there. Location is just outside of all the surrounding towns but a perfect getaway to not be right in the middle of town. Goose Rocks Beach is a very short drive away and absolutely beautiful!

WONDERFUL GRADUATION WEEKEND

Second time, Another Great Stay

My wife and I previously stayed at this property and enjoyed it so much that we came back with our kids and parents. The house accommodated our group - including 4 children age 6 and under - perfectly and we hope to return again next year. As previously stated, this property is well appointed, very clean, and able to accommodate a peaceful couples getaway or a family gathering. Nothing but good things to say about this property!

Great place with a large yard and sunroom.

We had a great time staying at this house, and Gillian (the proprietor) was great responding promptly when I contacted her. We are a family of 8 adults and one child and the house had everything needed to meet our needs. The house had all the amenities necessary for a large family like ours. The family enjoyed the privacy the house provided and the closeness to the beach. Thanks Gillian for a lovely stay.

Great Vacation Home

My wife and I rented this house for our extended mostly adult children because we love Kennebunkport and needed a place large enough to accommodate our group. The house was in excellent and surprised us with how large it was. Most rentals have modest sized 3rd and 4th bedrooms, but this home has 4 very large bedrooms. The garage is very well equipped with beach and yard games as well as bikes. We certainly were extremely pleased with the house and hope to rent here again.

Fantastic stay. Highly recommend!

Fantastic location, owner and value. Property was very clean and well appointed. The screened-in porch was great for reading a book while enjoying the subtle sounds of the outdoors. The location is just a 5m bike ride - which the owner provides bikes and all the beach gear you could possibly want - from Goose Rocks Beach. We experienced no issues during our stay; yet the Owner was very communicative leading up to and during our visit. For the more pragmatic vacationer, it’s also a value in comparison to beachfront properties that are 2-3x the cost. Our trip was so enjoyable that we’re already scheduled to come back to this property in September. Highly recommend for couples or families!

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

My husband grew up going to Goose Rocks beach each year. When I came here from Ireland and we got married we both enjoyed the beauty of the coast of Maine and most especially Goose Rocks Beach and the Kennebunkport area. After many years of looking we found our ideal place to build in 2005. It is less than 2 hours from our home in Massachusetts and we spend as much time as we can here in our haven or home away from home.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

We love walking to the beach especially after dinner. We enjoy all the wonderful restaurants that are so close to us and walking around 'The Port' (Kennebunkport). It never gets old and we are always discovering something new. We enjoy going to Portland to catch a Seadogs game or live theater. LL Bean is a must at least twice a year for Steve
