What You’ll Love:

Unwind in comfort across two cozy bedrooms. The master bedroom features a plush queen-size bed, while the second bedroom offers one comfortable single bed, perfect for families or groups. Fresh linens and extra pillows are provided to ensure a restful night’s sleep. Room includes a dresser and a full-length mirror for your convenience.
Work Area:
A dedicated workspace with a desk and chair—perfect for remote workers or students who need a quiet spot to focus.
Living Room:
Unwind in a spacious living area with a 40-inch HDTV offering Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, and YouTube for endless entertainment. The Living area has a very comfortable single bed with fresh linens.
Kitchenette:
Enjoy light ready-made meal prep with a microwave, coffee machine, hot kettle, mini fridge, and complimentary snacks. (Please note: no stove or oven is available.)
High-Speed Wi-Fi:
Stay connected with fast, free Wi-Fi throughout the suite.
Fitness:
Keep up with your fitness routine using yoga mat provided in the suite.
Entertainment for Kids:

Welcome to your private suite in our family home in Saskatoon! This comfortable basement space is perfect for solo travelers, couples, or small families looking for a peaceful stay with easy access to the city.
Enjoy a spacious bedroom, private bathroom, and a cozy living area. While the suite doesn’t have a full kitchen, guests are welcome to use our main kitchen upstairs for a couple of hours daily, ideal for preparing light meals or snacks, just let us know your preferred time in advance and we will ensure the kitchen is ready and available for you. Guests can also use our Dish Washer attached to the kitchen.
We have Coffee machine, Microwave Oven and few utensils to use at the basement.
Guest access (property entrance) is shared, and someone from our household is always available to assist if needed. Door access instructions will be provided before your booking date to ensure a smooth arrival.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the suite and shared areas.
No Parties or Events
This is a quiet family home. Parties, events, or unregistered guests are not allowed.
