Cozy and nice Brand New 2 bedroom suite
Bliss Cozy Haven is a brand new 750sqft two-bedroom basement stylishly furnished just for you with Netflix, Sports Equipment, various games, a Toaster, Kettle, Coffee, etc- the true definition of cozy. It is located in a neighbourhood connecting with nature, the community is designed with ecological preservation at its core - connecting people, wildlife, and natural prairie spaces in one harmonious environment. 12 minutes drive from downtown and 7 minutes drive to the University of Saskatchewan.
Room 1: This is the primary bedroom. It has a double-sized bed, designer sheets, and pillows, a comfortable chair and desk good for workspace, and a desk lamp.
Room 2: This is a large bedroom with a Full and Twin sized double bunk. It is great for sleeping 2 to 3 people. Kids will love sleepovers in this room.
Living Room: the stunning colours strike the perfect balance between on-trend and timeless which help make it feel extra intimate and relaxed. What a way to enjoy yourself away from home?
Kitchen: All you need to do is to bring your food and be confident you have provided the rest. Fully stocked with cooking needs, including a huge selection of pots, pans, serving dishes, platters, cookie trays, and more. Plenty of cooking knives for the chefs in the family. Enough Forks/Spoons/Knives/Plates for everyone in the family (the suite sleeps 6 people, and we’ve never had anyone run out of utensils). Also includes a dining table with 4 chairs, paper towels, sponges, wipes, and various other kitchen utensils

This property is located in Aspen Ridge and it is primarily a residential neighborhood considered a high-income area. Located in the Evergreen Suburban Development Area, Aspen Ridge can be accessed through McOrmond Drive to the east, Aspen Bridge North.
This property is a few minutes drive to a Retail Centre that boasts a Tim Hortons, Dollarama, Safeway, e.tc
Many retail services can also be found nearby in the Evergreen University Heights Suburban Centre.
There is also the Meadows Market. Across from its eastside is a Costco Store. The Meadows features an exciting mix of retailers and services, including the city’s first Marshall’s, Pet Smart, Co-op Wine Spirits and Beer, Scotiabank, another Tim Hortons, McDonald’s, and more.
We’re actually surprisingly close to everything! We are also easily accessible by Uber (takes less than 5 minutes for an Uber to show up). Almost everything is within a short drive from our suite.
