Nicely decorated 2 bedroom basement suite in highbrow Evergreen area.

The suite is loaded with stylish finishing that includes contemporary style cabinetry. The space can sleep up to 5 persons. It has two very comfy Queen beds, and a comfy red leather Sofa that can sleep one.

For entertainment, we have a large 65" Samsung TV with Netflix, Amazon, and Cable TV and free high speed WIFI.

The kitchen is equipped with a double door Fridge Freezer, Cooker, Microwave, Dishwasher, Blender, Keurig Pod Coffee Maker, Toaster, Kettle Jug and the all the standard kitchen utensils you possibly need.

The bathroom is spacious with a modern Shower enclosure and multiple spray shower head.

It's an excellent value for your money!!!

The location is great however we did have some issues. The entrance is a fall hazard as you have to step up quite aways when you walk in and it has a very small landing inside and then stairs down. This is not to safety code and it would fail inspection. The home needs some TLC. Lots of scrapes and dings in the paint. The shower is disgusting and should be replaced. Whoever tried to repair it around the base did a horrible job as noted in pics. The weather stripping around the door is scotch taped on!! We stayed here during the World Series and were not able to watch any games as they don’t have cable. The beds are comfortable at least. We will not stay here again.

Everything was good, except the bathroom could be cleaner. Location is nice. Have been there only for the nights, was quiet. Would recommend to others.

Suite nicely set up. A few basic items in the kitchen would have scored a 5 - missing no coffee pods, no dish rag, no cutting board, no cooking oil. Location worked very well ie. close to family and grocery shops. Host communication was excellent, prompt and helpful. Overall a great place to stay.

As described

Place was as described. Beds and bathroom were clean, however the walls need a good scrub all over as there was sticky stuff and stains on the walls and the unit does not appear to be old. Host did have good communication.

Two nights for a family reunion

This was a very cute property with lots of potential. Communications with the owner was, for the most part, easy and immediate with the exception ringing our doorbell at 10:00 pm the night we checked in in order to change a lightbulb. Unfortunately, it was very dirty which had us feeling very uncomfortable. The doors were dirty and sticky. The bathroom was dirty. The walls had handprints etc. The leather couch, when wiped, showed how filthy it was. The floor was clean and everything had a place. So, again, lack of cleanliness was unfortunate.
Covered the couch in towel because of what we saw after wiping.

Comfortable night in a nice area

We only spent one night, but it was comfortable and the area was very nice and relatively close to many amenities. Though we didn’t use it, the kitchen was very nicely kitted out. We would stay there again if we were in the Saskatoon area.

Quiet and clean property. We had no issues checking in or during our stay. Home has a good location and access to major parts of the city. Could use a couple of dish cloths and drying towels and more cutlery.

a good night

we stayed here over night to go to shopping the next day, and it worked perfect for what we needed. the place was very nice and in a very good location just a little ways away from stores though but not a big deal.

Great Little Property
