Enjoy Michigan's incomparable west coast at our spacious mid-century modern home located in the village of Pentwater across the street from two marinas. This is a great location for a family getaway. It is on the edge of downtown with shopping, restaurants and bars all within walking distance. The sandy beach at Mears State Park is less than one mile away. Watch the best sunsets anywhere. There is nearby access to Pentwater Lake and Lake Michigan for boats, jet skis and kayaking. Walk or bike to everywhere, including parks with basketball, tennis and pickle ball courts. 3 day minimum and weekly discounts!

Beautiful view, perfect location

This was my second time staying here and my friends and I had another wonderful girls weekend. The house is well equipped and comfortable. On the edge of downtown, it's an easy walk to eat and shop. I left my phone behind and the hosts went over and above to send it to me. I would definitely come back.

We had an amazing stay! It was our children’s first visit with our grandchildren and they loved the house! Every need for a wonderful stay was available! The kitchen was filled with anything you would ever need. Beautiful lot and across from the Marina! The host was accommodating In every way! She is very responsive. It was a pleasure working with her to make it an enjoying stay!! ! My family loved this place, and will be back again!

Great cottage with a great view!

We enjoyed this cottage. The layout was nice and open and the view was great. The owners were very nice. I highly recommend this cottage.

Great for ladies trip

This place was even better than we had hoped! It had everything we needed for a group of 7. The location is perfect, with the marina across the street and we were able to easily walk downtown for shopping and meals. Great little market right down the block. It was clean and had comfy beds. As one of our ladies pointed out when we arrived "Wow we have a lanai just like the Golden Girls!" These golden girls had a great time.

Amazing View & Location

We had a great stay at the Marina View house! Plenty of room, lots of windows, clean, amazing location. One small maintenance issue that the host got fixed quickly. Would stay again next year!

Cute house and great location

We had such a nice stay in Pentwater. The house had everything we needed (plenty of towels, blankets, fans, etc) and was perfectly located within walking distance to town and the beach. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again if we are in Pentwater again. Thanks!!!

Family vacation

Loved the location and layout of home . We had a few issues that owners fixed immediately which was great. Luckily the weather was cooler we thought it had central air but only one room had air. Hoping to rent again next July

Love Pentwater

We had a great stay and the house was very spacious and accommodating. It was clean and had everything we needed, even when it dipped into the 40's!! My grandchildren had so much fun fishing off Long Bridge and visiting the beach. But too cold to swim!

Been coming up here for a very long time and this was an amazing location and the hosts are awesome I can’t thank them enough for allowing us into their home just a short walk up town!! Five stars from me

Air Conditioning

Although the view and location are exceptional the marina rental lacks air conditioning. There is one small wall unit in one of the bedrooms. We were there Labor Day weekend , it was so hot and humid with no relief in the rental, so yes, it was a deal breaker. I will say it was very clean and organized. Thee owner was very quick to respond. It shouldn't say air conditioning on the list of amenities.

Enjoyed my stay

Enjoyed my stay in this house. Loved it - such a cute place and in a terrific location! It's a short walk to everything in town, and it's especially convenient that it is right across the street from the local market. Highly recommend!

Pentwater Fun

We had a great time renting Marina View. We picked it because we had brought 3 boats up to Snug Harbor Marina and found this place directly across the street from the marina. Place had plenty of space and was clean. Only downside was the AC is not throughout the whole place at this point. We had great cool lake breezes at night though. Fun place to stay if you are going to pentwater! Thanks!!
