Wonderful accommodations

We thoroughly enjoy our stay at the condo. It was clean, well decorated, had good supplies and comfortable. We would highly recommend Daniela and Michael’s condominium.

Lovely, friendly, safe and well maintained community

Condo is exactly as advertised. Very well appointed, comfy, clean, with everything you might require or desire for longer stays. The huge lanai with beautiful view is a dream come thru. We really enjoyed our time here and will be definitely back.

Home away from home

This condo was wonderful. We spent a lot time on the lanai, which had beautiful views and nice breezes. We hosted my parents for Thanksgiving, and felt like we were home. The kitchen has everything needed to host. Tons of cookware, small appliances, and everything needed to set the table. We truly enjoyed our getaway!

Beautiful place

We have stayed at the property for three weeks and really enjoyed it. The place is very clean and updated with all modern amenities. It is very well stocked, close to the shopping areas, pools on the property , quiet gated community, watchful neighbours, detached garage to park a car. Minor drawback were random and short internet outages.

Paradise every day!!!

This condo unit was wonderful. Everything you needed was right there.....from kitchen and bath supplies to beach and pool items. If we had questions Daniella and Mike were right there within seconds. It was so welcoming and the Lanai was "the place to be". I would highly recommend your next vacation here.

Naples VACA

This lovely condo was exactly as pictured on the VRBO website and was spotless upon our arrival. The property location was very convenient to Marco Island, DT Naples, grocery stores, restaurants, etc. The kitchen had everything we needed, the appliances seemed newly replaced and beds were very comfortable. The sofa and love seat both have the ability to recline which was nice. We spent the majority of our time on the lanai which overlooks the fountain. If I were to make any recommendation to the owners it would be to have a luggage rack in the guest room and a chair of some sort in each bedroom. We absolutely enjoyed our stay here!

Very nice condo, nice facility, very spacious, everything is there, clean and in a good condition. A little bit far away from beaches and city. But with a car is this also not a problem.

Couldn't Have Been Nicer!

We stayed here for the month of March, 2020 and we loved every minute of it. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. The furniture and beds were extremely comfortable and the view is spectacular! Even though there were county wide and state wide problems dealing with the Covid-19 virus, We had no issues with our unit or the neighborhood. Yes, beaches were closed as were restaurants, etc., but we still enjoyed our stay. We would definitely rent here again.

Wonderful Stay in Falling Waters Resort

We enjoyed our month stay in this condo. Spacious and well appointed. Clean! Everything you needed for kitchen/cooking. Beds are comfortable. The lanai was great; could be kept closed so never got humid. The sofa bed needs updating. Daniela was very responsive. We did not need to contact for any issues with the place itself. Everything was great. We really enjoyed our stay.

Enjoyable

The property was nice but the furnishings were a bit dated. Comfortable seating on the lanai was sparse and the couch was very faded. Those things were not a distraction but should be looked into over time. We had requested the condo through February and the subject line of the confirmation said 29 Jan THROUGH 28 Feb; however the summary further down in the confirmation said depart on 28 Feb. This caused some confusion since we had requested THROUGH 28 Feb and not having to depart on 28 Feb.

Falling Water Beach Resort

We have stayed at the property for three weeks and really enjoyed it. The place is very clean and updated with all modern amenities. Pros: spacious, very well stocked, close to the shopping areas, two pools on the property , quiet gated community ( felt very safe), detached garage to park a car, excellent communication with the host. Cons: for us it was a little further from the beach than what we thought ( about 15 min drive from Marco), the internet was weaker than we needed it to be as we both were Zoom teaching online. We definitely recommend the place for those who don’t mind the commute to the beach.

Awesome getaway with my best friend!

We were excited when we found this listing online! It looked perfect and the price was great. We were not disappointed!! It was everything the listing said and more. The condo is fully stocked and super comfy! The lanai is heaven!! Perfect for relaxing, listening to the fountain, and watching the wildlife. Daniela and Mike were very responsive through the whole process. We had no issues whatsoever. The lazy river pool is fabulous and the drive to the beach was simple. WiFi worked flawlessly which was important as we were working from there too. Do not hesitate to rent this condo! We can’t wait to return!!

Great place and wonderful people💕

This condo and the amenities are lovely just as shown in the photos, but what makes it really special are the people that we met through our stay. Even though it was only a month, the neighbors made us feel like we were part of their community. They were welcoming, friendly and kind. Always offering a smile and wave and happy to give helpful tips on bike trails, golf and restaurants. Additionally, the owners of the condo were very responsive and concerned about our comfort and the quality of our visit. There were wonderfully fluffy, new bath towels, toiletries, a well-stocked kitchen, and furniture that made relaxing there comfortable and pleasant - more like staying at an upscale hotel. Of course, sometimes things go amiss so it’s so important how those things are handled and these owners couldn’t have been more pleasant. When the electric grill on the lanai stopped working, a new one was delivered two days later. When we had to abruptly fly home during our stay for a funeral and then fly back to pack up and drive home, I mistakenly got the departure time wrong resulting in the cleaning people coming before we were cleared out and the owners took it in stride. It was completely my fault and could have been very stressful but Daniela and Mike worked to accommodate us which I really appreciate. When we are in Naples again, we hope to stay here but even if it’s already booked, we will be in the neighborhood because our new friends asked us to stop by and say hi!

A well kept secret

Unit itself was light and bright, well appointed and tastefully decorated. Soothing sounds of fountains made spending time on the large lanai a pleasure. There is a sense on intimacy and frendliness and the community, The lazy river pool was unique and special. The owner was very responsive and made sure our stay was great.

A wonderful month

The unit was beautiful, clean and very well stocked. We thoroughly enjoyed the large screened lanai with glass sliders. We ate many meals out there, played games, enjoyed watching the fountains.... complete with rainbows quite often....and spent lots of time watching the various wildlife. The lazy river pool is beautifully landscaped and relaxing. It was also pretty safe for our young grandchildren. The second pool and games area is also nice. We enjoyed our month-long stay so much that we have rebooked for next year. Daniella and Mike were very responsive hosts.

Simply unbeatable

We had a lot of stays in Naples before. Never we stayed in a condo like this. We didn't miss anything. Great furniture, a lot of kitchen equipment, all beach stuff. Every item in and out the condo has a high quality. You can see that the owners love their place. We had a wonderful stay there. We would like to come back. Thank you very much Daniela & Mike.

Falling Waters rental

We enjoyed our stay in Falling Waters immensely. Well furnished unit with a beautiful view of the pond and foliage. Only disappointment was not being able to come to this unit time and again as they had already rented for next season. Nice couple to deal with.

Very modern condo,with new furnishings and has everything that is needed just like home. The community is very clean and safe with an excellent lazy river pool,very relaxing. The owners were very quick to respond to any questions we had. We will definitely recommend to family and friends.
