The space
This lower-level one-bedroom suite offers comfort and charm in the heart of Medina. The bedroom includes a king bed, dresser, and hanging wardrobe. The bathroom features a standing shower and single sink. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with an electric range, fridge, toaster oven, and essential cookware. Relax in the cozy living room with a sectional couch, TV, and vintage styling throughout.
Guest access
Guests have private entry to the lower level of the home via the rear driveway. An August smart lock provides secure access—entry codes will be shared along with your booking and arrival checklist.
Other things to note
Our friendly Bernese Mountain Dog, Hank, lives on-site—he’s our resident bunny defender and loves to say hello! If you'd prefer not to interact with him, we're happy to keep him separate during your stay.

The backyard has shared garden space with spots to read, relax, or sip coffee. We occasionally host small BBQs—if one is planned during your stay, we’ll let you know before booking.
