HELEN AND SURROUNDING AREAS OVERVIEW;
Helen has activities for everyone such as; endless restaurants and bars, all sorts of events through year such as Oktoberfest and The Balloon Festival, shopping, fudge and ice cream parlors, river tubing, water slides, mini golf, alpine coasters, BBQ joints, escape rooms, mining for gems, etc, etc, etc. There are tons of lakes and rivers and waterfalls and trails to hike and explore locally. Probably 15+ wineries to tour as well. There is something for everyone. Helen is the 3rd most visited town in Georgia despite having only 600 full time residents. And don't forget we also send out our fantastic trip planner document to all of our guests covering everything from check in procedures and directions, to the best restaurants and beer halls and surrounding adventure stuff to do, where to park in town for free, plus lots more.
