Enjoy your stay in one of Reno`s beautiful and historic 2-bed, 1 bath homes. Located in the heart of Midtown, the property features a luxurious hot tub, California King + Queen beds, a spacious outdoor area loaded with entertainment features, and breathtaking views of the Sierra Nevada mountains.
This historic, yet updated, pet-friendly home is just steps from some of Reno`s best coffee shops, restaurants, bars, and museums. Enjoy your stay in the Biggest Little City in the World!
The home features 2 comfortable bedrooms, a cozy living room, a fully-stocked kitchen, as well as an entertainment/excercise room and on-site laundry in the basement.
Enjoy beautiful mountain views from the spacious yard, which offers a hot tub, outdoor seating, a firepit and grill.
You`ll have access to the entire home and private yard.
As you hosts, we will be available for questions, but we offer a convenient and easy self-checkin process. You will also find a guestbook in the unit with helpful information about the property, its features, and some local recommendations from your hosts.
The home is located in the heart of the Midtown district, which offers some of the best restauraunts, bars, museums, and coffee shops in Reno, yet the neighborhood is quiet and safe, with beautiful mountain views.
You`ll have access to a designated, off-street parking space behind the house as well as plenty of free street parking.
Both Midtown and Downtown are a walkable distance from the airbnb, but you may also choose to use a rideshare service, city bus, or hop on an E-scooter.
This property is conveniently located just minutes from downtown Reno, I-80, Renown Hospital, the Reno-Tahoe International Airport, and several major convention centers and popular casino hotel resorts. Beautiful Lake Tahoe and several popular ski resorts are just 45 minutes away!
Pets are allowed with prior approval for an additional fee of $40; 2 pets max and no pets >55lbs. You are responsible for cleaning up after pets both inside and outside.
