Relaxation, renewal and more are possible at Jolly Sixpence. With its perfect location next to the community pool just across from the ocean access and unbelievable ocean view, this 2nd row half duplex is the place for you!
On the ground level are the laundry room, kids nook, and stairway to the 2nd level.
The 2nd level offers large covered decks with ocean views, a queen suite (did we mention the view?) with a private bath and Jacuzzi tub, and two other guest rooms that share a hall bath. One guest room has a queen bed and the other has two twin beds. As part of the Spinnaker’s Fresh Bed Promise all linens will be laundered between guests, even the comforters.
The 3rd level Great room is bright and airy with an open floor plan. There are magnificent views to be had from the living area, dining area, and kitchen. Behind the kitchen is a second queen master with a private bath with a Jacuzzi tub. The large deck off the living and dining areas offers some of the best 2nd-row views in the neighborhood.
Jolly Sixpence is the perfect location for enjoying the sunrises and sunsets, ocean breezes, fun, family, and fellowship.
