This condo is also equipped with a 55” flat screen Smart TV with video streaming capabilities, high speed wireless internet, Cable TV, a covered lanai with 2 chairs and a table, and a brand new, queen sized, bed which also includes a brand new memory foam mattress topper.

~ Your fully equipped, heavily stocked, ULTRA FABULOUS GOURMET KITCHEN FIT FOR A CHEF has great appliances, beautiful, custom cabinetry including "soft close" cabinets and drawers. The kitchen also features under cabinet lighting, glass tile backsplash, and absolutely beautiful granite counter tops that sparkle in the Maui sun. There is a microwave, lots of cookware, a coffee maker, a blender, a toaster, a rice maker, an assortment of sharp knives, and a variety of BBQ accessories. In addition, basic supplies like an assortment of hot teas, salt, pepper, and approximately 20 other spices can all be found on site.

~ The custom designed BATHROOM features beautifully tiled walls and floors and a HUGE walk in shower with a window inside for proper ventilation. We were definitely going for a "Peaceful and Serene Spa Experience" when designing this bathroom. The overhead rain shower in the bathroom also has 2 wall spraying jets plus a handheld wand and is guaranteed to delight all of your senses! We provide plenty of fluffy, soft, oversized bathroom and beach towels, hand towels, and wash cloths.

~ You will also find beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a cooler, tennis rackets, tennis balls, yoga mats, hand weights, swimming pool weights, an iron/ironing board, a magnifying vanity mirror, a hair dryer, a fully stocked Picnic Basket, and even a First Aid Kit.

~ The private LANAI offers outdoor seating with a beautiful view of the newly refinished tennis court, and tropical, lush courtyards bearing fruit trees that offer TOTALLY FREE limes, bananas, avocados, and papayas. The lanai is equipped with a small table and two chairs : perfect for resting, reading, and/or outdoor dining. There is also a large, Rubbermaid storage chest on the lanai that houses all of your outdoor activity gear. ;)

~ In addition to being directly across the street from Kalepolepo Beach and the Whale Education Center, you are less than two blocks away from the world famous Sugar Beach – the LONGEST BEACH in all of Maui (over 5 miles long)!

~ We happily stock AMPLE dish soap, garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, sponges, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, Qtips, cotton balls, coffee filters, tea, and hand soap. In addition, we provide "starter kit" supplies in the bathroom and the main kitchen. Upon arrival, you will find 2 fresh rolls of toilet paper and 1 fresh roll of paper towels for the kitchen. This will be enough to get you "started". Our goal by providing "starter kits" for household paper products is to prevent the necessity for you to have to shop for these items during your first couple of days in paradise; after all, you are on vacation. There is also a "Pay It Forward" shelf where guests are welcome to leave their unused, non-perishable grocery items.

~ This condo is situated in a perfectly central location. It is within easy walking distance (less than 2 miles) to EVERYTHING: shops, restaurants, beaches, public parks, grocery stores, gas stations, kayaking, surfing, snorkeling, wind surfing, fishing, the "Triangle Night Life", medical facilities: you name it! It's all literally around the corner. In addition, you are just minutes away from Wailea, and only 10 miles from the airport in Kahului. For your convenience, there is also a bus stop within 100 feet from the front door.

~ You will be DIRECTLY ACROSS THE STREET from one of the most popular wind surfing beaches in all of Maui. This special beach is also the only beach in all of Maui that used to be reserved only for Hawaiian Royalty! It is a very spiritual place to spend the day and experience rainbow striped skies and unbelievable sunsets. As a special bonus, it is very common to see turtles there.

~ Seaside Escape is conveniently located near the BACK END of the property, so it’s nice and quiet with no road noise. :)

~ Maui's only WHALE EDUCATION CENTER, complete with viewing telescopes, is also directly across the street.

~ In less than 60 steps, you will find the pool with restrooms, an extra large, outdoor jacuzzi, a barbecue area with picnic tables, an outdoor shower area, and tennis courts.

~ As a special bonus, daily maid service and/or mid stay cleans are available for an additional fee. All information is conveniently displayed inside the condo.
