Oceanside condo, full kitchen, ocean view. Fully renovated 2023

Quiet studio, corner of the concrete building. Deck looks out to the ocean. Upgraded air conditioning. Elevator access to 2nd floor. Beach is a walk over the grass field. Sunny pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, BBQs. Kihei town is a 5 min drive away, plus so many more beaches. Studio is well set up with comfy queen bed and pull out couch for more family/child.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything for 4 guests to prepare meals as needed, including full oven/stove top.
Keypad entry, so no worry about keys. Coin laundry is just a few steps away. Near road so some traffic noise when deck door is open.
Ample and open parking near the unit.
Owner is quite involved in the community and if your stay includes time, we offer ideas in how to volunteer and be a part of the Aloha that is so activated after the fires. We respectfully stay away from the Westside that was affected, yet the rest of the island is in full glory, awaiting your visit!

We had a great stay. It was very nice there were beach chairs and a cooler to use. Property was nice and check in was easy. It had everything needed to grill and cook, including a Keurig.

This is a great place to stay, very central location for the whole island. If you are looking to explore this is the perfect place, everything was within about an hour drive and there is plenty of good beaches with free parking near the apartment. If you want to have the expensive resort feel this is not the place for you. However, the apartment had all the necessary cooking equipment along with beach stuff. The best food truck place on the island was only 10 mins away and plenty of other good restaurants near. The host was available whenever you needed her. The beach out front of the apartment has some rocks but was never busy and saw multiple sea turtles. Overall great place to stay and would use the accommodation again.

We had a wonderful stay. Condo was centrally located and easy to navigate around.It was comfortable and fit our needs.The electrical outlet was not working in the bathroom and that was a minor inconvenience.Overall would definitely stay there again!

Exactly as described. My wife and I stayed and it was the perfect size for us. Just a short walk to the beach across grass. Manager on duty was very friendly.

Our family had a lovely stay in Margo’s beautiful condo. The condo itself was clean, well-appointed and well-stocked (with everything from utensils to paper towels and TP.). From the moment we entered, we felt right at home. The pool and grounds were beautiful as well, especially at night! We were beyond sad to leave our new home away from home on Maui but will be back as soon as we can. Mahalo Margo!

We had a good stay during our time in Maui. The property as a whole is slightly dated but well-kept, had a good pool area, and easy access to the beach and town which were important to us. It suited our needs and was a good size for two people. The actual unit has been updated, but didn’t seem to be as clean or well-kept as we expected. There was obvious wear and tear on some of the finishing/baseboards, staining on the curtains, and it was noted that the electrical outlet in the bathroom did not work (which made things difficult when getting ready). Overall, it suited our needs and allowed us to enjoy Maui at the level we wanted to.

We enjoyed our stay! Margo had everything you could need for a stay in a home away from home. Location was great, close to everything but far enough off the beaten path so you’re not killed with local traffic/noise

Owner answered any questions I had. The property had everything we needed and then some. It was in a great location. She had boogie boards, noodles, and beach chairs. Nice bathroom and kitchen with everything we'd need.

Great condo in great location

It was a great stay! Everything was as listed. The location of the condo was centrally located which was fantastic for traveling around the island. The condo had everything needed for a great stay. Would stay here again.

Cute and cozy

Location location location! Kihei is a great takeoff point to some great snorkeling beaches and this complex is well positioned to do just that.Although an efficiency unit, it was quite spacious. We didn't stay long since we were out and about everyday, but we would come back for lunch on the lanai, which is huge! You can see a sliver of the beach and the breeze was rejuvenating. The kitchen was well stocked and quite useful in keeping our food expenses down since we cooked most meals. And the complex laundry room was just a short walk away. Comfy, cozy, and well priced, we would stay again in a heartbeat!

Good location, lots of amenities, clean and beautiful, free parking. A drinking water dispenser somewhere in the house would have been nice.

Huge Disappointment- Dirty, Misleading Listing, and No Accountability

This property was a major letdown for our first family trip to Maui. What should have been a memorable and relaxing vacation turned into a frustrating experience.The listing clearly stated there were two queen beds, but in reality, there was only one queen bed and a small, uncomfortable double futon. This false advertising created stress for our family and completely misrepresented the space.On top of that, the property was filthy. There was a thick layer of dust under the bed, grime in corners, and an overall feeling of neglect. We didn’t feel comfortable using the kitchen or even sitting on the furniture. The photos and description did not reflect the reality of what we walked into.We didn’t reach out to the host during the stay simply because it felt pointless—finding a new place in the middle of our trip wasn’t feasible or within our budget. Now, we’re being punished for not reporting it sooner, as the host has refused to take any accountability and denied a refund. Instead of showing empathy or responsibility, they’ve been dismissive and unhelpful.Vrbo’s customer service was just as disappointing. Despite the clear issues, they provided no meaningful support and did nothing to make things right.This whole experience left us feeling incredibly let down—by the host and by Vrbo. I would not recommend this property to anyone .
