Este tranquilo apartamento estudio en el norte de Cordoba duerme 2-3 personas en una cama Queen Murphy y sofá cama doble. El complejo bien cuidado ofrece una bonita piscina, jacuzzi, pista de tenis, zona de barbacoa y un servicio de lavandería. La cocina ofrece el viajero de presupuesto la opción de cocinar aunque los restaurantes están a la mano. Traiga su computadora portátil para usar internet wifi gratuito de la suite y relajarse con el nuevo A / C.
Venture por la calle hasta el parque de la playa de Kalepolepo para una puesta de sol en el cielo con el mar y ofrece una playa tranquila, con aguas tranquilas y poco profundas para una fácil vadeo (históricamente amurallada por un antiguo estanque reservado para la realeza hawaiana). Al lado del parque de añadir a esta cultura, visitas gratuitas al Centro de Educación de la ballena jorobada isla hawaiana para informar y cautivarán. Would Return Again and Again!

As a previous rental host I have pretty high standards. This wonderful place met them all. Sparkling clean, had pretty much anything you would need for a stay in Maui, the A/C unit has been upgraded to a drop down and works great! Had some issues working with Roku, but the manager and owner were very responsive. Best rental I've stayed at.

Inexpensive place to stay

One of the more inexpensive areas to stay on Maui. Across the street from the ocean (No ocean view). Close to downtown Kihei for shops/restaurants/etc.

Great quiet location of unit, Across the street from the Beach. Enjoyed Hot Tub

We enjoyed the location after staying several places in Kehei and walking to the beach was easy. Unit was all we needed and quiet. Enjoyed the Hot Tub almost every night.

Cozy condo that had it all!

This condo has everything you need for a nice place in Maui. We really enjoyed the use of the hot tub and pool. The beach chairs and umbrella were quite handy at the beach. We had a wonderful time staying at Darilyn’s condo.

Wonderful Maui Experience!

We had a marvelous 9 night stay in this home away from home! There was plenty of space in the room, and the lanai was perfect for shaking off sand and eating a quiet dinner! 10/10 recommend!

Darilyn and Linda were good at communicating with us. The studio is older, but it was well stocked and clean. The accommodations were comfortable. We enjoyed our stay!

Comfortable Stay and a Maui Value Rental

The development is older and is in a low area that has see flooding so the laundry was closed due to flooding but the property is very functional but could use some upgrades and your in a quiet area but also in the middle of all things to explore in Maui !

Cozy place in paradise!!

We stayed here for 10 days and it was wonderful! It had everything that we could possibly need. The condo complex felt safe and clean. We met several residents at the pool who were so friendly and gave us great ideas for restaurants and excursions. The best part was the affordability. Hawaii was always a bucket list vacation for us but we never thought we could afford it. This condo and it’s great prices made the trip possible for us and, for that, we are eternally grateful.

Perfect home base

Hubby and I have stressful jobs, and somehow hadn't made time to vacation in over 11 years. When we started planning, I was looking for something quiet and away from the rush but central enough so we could easily get out and do everything we wanted. This little place worked perfectly for the two of us. We are active, and don't need some posh villa, just a clean, safe place to lay our heads with a full kitchen to help keep costs down. The owner was super easy to deal with. Was a pleasant experience all the way around. Will definitely stay here if we are lucky enough to come back!!

Family trip

Unit was nice and neighbors were quiet. Sliding screen door needs a new spring roller, was dragging. It was away from the more upscale condos but centrally located for our needs. Took a couple of days to realize (my mistake) how to access the pool area. Property manager was very nice and prompt with communication. Overall it is a nice rental for the price point and great for basing trips to the beaches and running around Maui.

Perfect little condo!

I stayed in this studio for about two months while completing an internship. The property is very well maintained, maintenance staff are extremely friendly, and residents are nice. Pool area with grill is perfect for entertaining or relaxing. The unit itself is the perfect size for one or two people. Very clean, well furnished, all necessities included. The owner was very helpful in answering any questions or responding to concerns. I would definitely recommend to family, friends, couples, anyone! Steps away from the beach and very close to grocery stores, restaurants, etc. Awesome condo! My stay was wonderful, and I hope to return soon.

First-timers to Maui

Generously sized studio with pretty much everything a couple needs. The bed was very comfy (some firmer pillows preferred!) Clean and tidy, good-sized lanai, comfy (the green carpet dates the unit though) Excellent value for money. Well kept complex. No bars, etc, nearby and no other guests making noise at night so very restful and relaxing. 15- 20 minute walk (3 min drive) to nearest shops and restaurants. Bus-stop right outside complex. Owner helpful and prompt to answer all and any queries. Overall, a very pleasant experience at the Kihei Bay Surf. I would definitely recommend this property to others and not hesitate to go back there myself.

Longing to return

Lots of thoughtful extras in this condo—in the kitchen, bathroom, closet, and living space. Manager even asked if I could think of anything else guests would like. There’s fun wall art, as you can see. Comfy bed. Loved the location, across the street from 2 types of beaches: the park where sea turtles rest on the rocks (wish I’d seen some) and the adjacent long stretch of beach. A note about the nearby restaurants, grocery store, and other businesses: They’re a quick drive, but if you don’t have a car it’s probably a 30-40 min walk each way. Or there’s a bus that stops near the condo.

Great time in a tough climate!

We almost didn’t get to stay given the fires in Lahaina, but thankfully it all worked out and Darilyn and her local manager Linda were amazing. They communicated with us the whole flight there - we found out in flight - and once we arrived everything was set up perfectly. Linda gave us tips on groceries and local eateries as we would not be able to leave the area to respect the first responders and crews needing the roads. The condo was very comfortable with everything we needed to have a relaxing week. The location is perfect for what we wanted to do (we’re not typical tourists though). Close to remote beaches, farmers market and swap meat markets and great food trucks. If you’re into the beach club vibe, this location isn’t for you. If you’re into relaxing with local residents, it’s perfect. We will definitely make this property our go to when in Maui.

I have always liked the beach and have travelled to Maui many times and have found a sense of comfort, relaxation, warmth, exploration and freedom while staying in Kihei.
