Family Friendly Haven on 10 Acres

Escape to a lovely 3-story brick home in Guthrie city limits. Conveniently located minutes from I-35, this property is a refreshing jewel tucked away on 10 acres surrounded by a mature creek bottom forest. Wildlife is plentiful, but the beautiful Victorian downtown of Guthrie is just minutes away. Plan a trip to enjoy the many events in historic downtown Guthrie, Lazy E Arena, or the greater OKC area.

We know it can be a challenge to find a place for larger families to stay. Sleeping 15, it's a great place to gather and relax. With a large living room, equipped kitchen, spacious front and backyard, there are plenty of ways to entertain and spend quality family time. Sit on the front porch and enjoy the views, hidden away from the road. Reach out to us if your group is larger than 15; accommodations may be able to be made.

The main floor features a large kitchen and dining area, living room, laundry room, full bathroom, and a bedroom with a queen bed. The master suite is located upstairs, as well as two other bedrooms, and a second bathroom. The walkout basement area contains a bathroom and play area with twin beds. Due to the house being built in a hillside, and being three stories, it isn't ADA friendly.

Please note that there is no TV, but Wi-Fi is available. If you've been wanting to unplug for a few days, this is a great place to rest and enjoy time with loved ones.

We have an indoor slide that children are sure to enjoy. Please observe the posted slide rules. We are not responsible for injuries.

There is a pond on the property, so please take the necessary precautions with children. Feel free to gather and use eggs from the chicken house. Musket, our livestock guardian dog, faithfully watches our property. He is large but very sweet and good with children. You may see a few of the mouse patrol team, as well. Feel free to pet the miniature ponies, Polar and Beauty, but do not enter their pasture.

There is plenty of space to park a trailer. Please turn the trailers around on the drive or in the grass on the north side of the driveway just east of the orchard. Max trailer length is 32’ to enter the property. The driveway is shared with another dwelling west of the house, so leave the driveway open.

There are exterior cameras at NE and SW corners of the home as well as a front door camera. No cameras point indoors.
