Please note: This home accommodates up to 10 guests, and the primary guest must be 25+ with ID verification if required. Linens can be provided for $250 per stay, and depending on your stay dates, the owners may meet you at check-in to walk you through the home. Parking is limited to 4 vehicles. Late check-outs without approval incur a $250 fee, and extra guests beyond the reservation count will be charged $50 per person, per night. For security, exterior camera (doorbell) monitors house rules compliance. Pets, smoking, parties, and events are not permitted, with a strict $500 fine for violations.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the entire home, basement game room, backyard, pool, and deck. Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles in the driveway. Please note the garage is not available for guest use.
