Great view and morning sunrises!! Easy access to pools and the beach. Dunes were gorgeous!!! Restaurants on the island were very good and the downtown Cevtre Street shops were really quaint. Amelia Island is a Keeper!!

great location!

I have already reviewed it but haven't heard back from you, so I don't know if you received it. We loved the location but had a long list of problems with the condo. There were no sharp knives, so we bought a few. The light over the stove was out and I called about it but no help. So my spouse borrowed a screwdriver and purchased a light that we installed. The dishwasher had a few problems: The soap dispenser is broken. The 3 washing machine pods were too little for 2 weeks at the beach, etc. I can't remember everything. Please let me know if you receive this! Thanks!

Lovely

This is our third time here at this condo and we always have a spectacular time. We love the location of the condo, decor, views, property and location to the beach and town activities. Highly recommend. We’ll be back for more R & R!

Absolutely wonderful first time experiance

This was our first time using Vrbo. The property was exactly as listed. It had everything we wanted and expected. The king-size bed was very very comfortable and the sofa bed was too. We thoroughly enjoyed time sitting on the balcony. Everything in the kitchen worked properly. The only thing it did not have that I wish it would have is beach chairs and an umbrella. We had to go buy our own while we were there. We had traveled to Florida via airplane so we had no way to bring things back with us so we gave them to another family at the end of the week. We would definitely stay here again.

So-so unit in an otherwise great location. View partially obscured, which is not apparent from the listing. Decor is very dated. Wear and tear is showing. Minimal supplies. Dead batteries in TV remote. Very noisy washer, dryer and HVAC. On the plus side, comfortable bed and very clean overall.

Nice place for a couple.

Very nice, comfortable condo with a beautiful view. Perfect for a couple. Nicely decorated but wish there weren’t so many objects (birds) taking up tables and windowsill space. We had to put all of the birds on the floor to open and close the blinds.

Old (1984) 3 building condo development not kept up well, a bit run down. No one was ever in the property mgmt office or answered the phone. Otherwise, fine.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo itself was disappointing. The furniture is very dated and not inviting at all especially in the living room. The condo needs updating with new furniture including a new bed, sheets, paint. I would definitely not recommend this unit to stay in unless you had no other options.

I had the most amazing beach view and the beach was, by far, the cleanest Atlantic beach I've ever been on. I saw one tiny piece of trash the whole time I was there. The rental people were great. Made sure my check in was easy, etc. Overall, LOVED IT!! Will definitely stay again!!

Great location.

Great view of the ocean and great location. Only recommendation would be to have a walkway ramp to the beach. The stairs were fine but if you have a beach cart or wagon it is a little difficult carrying down the steps.

Beautiful location/very dated/poor property management

Beautiful location on the island and great view Carpet in the bedroom was absolutely filthy - needs to be replaced Stained chair cushions Very cluttered - lots of knickknacks and tired furniture Only 2 trash bags provided No current information provided on the property or island information (ex how to let guests in, gym availability, tennis info etc) Pool not tested/cleaned every day - only cleaned after called property management I had asked the owner for recent reviews - since many on the web site were older - she said she could not send them and they were all 5 star - hard to believe Would not recommend this unit unless updated and carpet removed
