Watch the beautiful moon setting over the ocean from your private balcony, and in the morning while you are enjoying that cup of coffee or juice, you may even catch a glimpse of dolphins swimming or the rare sea turtles nesting. Turtle Dunes is located inside the beautiful Omni Amelia Island Plantation with 24-hour security in a private gated community. You'll have a bed and TVs in the living area and bedroom, along with an oceanfront private balcony. This home has many upgrades that include granite countertops and beautiful floors. There is some repair work being done on the outside of the building. There will be a lift located on the east side of the building. Expected completion is the end of summer 2025.

Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Trailers and motorcycles are prohibited in this community
Late August through September there will be cranes and other work equipment around the building and in the parking area as the association completes some repairs on the buildings exterior. There will still be ample parking available
