This is a beautifully decorated and elegantly appointed three-bedroom townhome in Summerwoods on Amelia Island. The primary bedroom is located on the ground floor off the living room and there are two other bedrooms upstairs, along with a nice den. You'll be just a short walk to the beach and there are nearby restaurants, as well. Pool access, central air-conditioning, and complimentary internet access are included. This home is moments from downtown Fernandina and a short walk along the pathway will take you right to the beach.

Vaca = VRBO???

floors were all very dirty and master bed frame was literally not bolted in to the stands and was just freely wedged up. bed pretty much broke day 1 and i rigged up so we could sleep first night, second night my wife and i had to sleep on seperate couches that were not made for sleeping. alerted the Vaca team and i got sorry for the inconvenience response. also day of check in we get a text saying oh lucky you we are letting you check in early...but didnt get the text until 4:45 pm on the day of check in. normal check in time is 4pm??? WTH!!! i will be doing much more research to identify if i rent again on VRBO because not interested in properties managed by Vaca

Great time with great friends

The Summer Woods resort was the perfect location for everything. Our town house was everything we could of asked for. We spent 10 days with 3 couples and eat out 5 nights and in 5 Nights, beach was 10 minute walk form our door. Pool was super clean and a great place to end the day. We are already planning our next stay. Thanks from all of us.

Family vacation at beautiful Amelia Island.

Beautiful townhouse very family friendly. The facility was well maintained, landscaping manicured, pool area was always clean with sufficient chairs and tables. The townhouse has a well stocked kitchen with necessary cookware and utensils. Having three bathrooms made it easy and faster for everyone to bath and dress for dinner each night and the half bath was in the perfect location. It would have been nice to have the garage door opener so we didn’t have to get out in the rain and we had a problem with the internet on the main tv having to unplug several times so that the program would stop spinning. We had no problems with the realtor that managed the townhouse they were available when we called and during our stay the landscaping crew was cutting some of the palm trees so we received a call to make us aware before hand with was nice. I would definitely recommend this townhouse to our family and friends.

Fun Week in Amelia Island

Very nice townhouse in a great location / neighborhood. Very quiet. Short bikeable trip to the beach. Great for biking in general. Lots of amenities…. 3rd bedroom was just adequate tho…. Needs a mattress upgrade. One issue- either the owner or the previous tenant had cats…. I am VIOLENTLY allergic to cats- caused a real problem until the rental company ordered up a carpet and furniture cleaning…. Really helped. The owners need to be more on top of this…. The unit had copious amounts of large ants for a few days until the management company ordered up pest control.

Beautiful decor within the home, as well as pleasing neighborhood surroundings! Very close to beach! Love the comfort of the master bedroom and mattress, as well as laundry room located on main floor! Cool and comfortable everything you need and a two car garage! Cable TV present but not real easy to access - also some sink leaking in half bath downstairs and left side in master bath - toilet tissue holder needs replacement in master bath.

Good Time in Amelia but the house could use some maintenance

Very clean house. Some issues with bathroom sinks (leaky faucets and clogged drain) and beds were uncomfortable. Downstairs screen porch needed to be powerwashed/cleaned due to mildew from rain. Driveway needed rust stains powerwashed. Spacious rooms and kitchen.

Fantastic stay on Amelia Island!

My wife and I enjoyed every minute of our time at the Summerwood town house. Everything was clean and functional. The place is only a short walk from the beach. We enjoyed the bicycles and rode almost through the whole island couple times. The surroundings are peaceful and beautiful. We will definitely be back SOON!!!

Local Wedding

This is an excellent location and property for a quiet stay. We had my 90+ year old parents stay with us. Other family traveled to the area and were able to visit. All the rooms were quiet and very nice. We prepared some meals and the kitchen was perfect. I will use this vacation rental for future family gatherings. Thank you, it was special and my parents could not have been more pleased as they enjoyed the master bedroom on the main floor, no stairs.

Great stay

The property was great. My family truly enjoyed our stay at this home. I would rent the home again In the future. My only concern was that obliviously the previous guest had a pet and the house was not fully cleaned to get rid of some of the pet hair. The furniture was covered with pet hair. Therefore, our clothes got covered in hair when we sat anywhere. One of my family members is allergic to pet hair. So, I had to clean the house more to make it bearable for that family member.

We enjoyed being able to distance from others while sitting on the screened in back porch. The WiFi connection was wonderful—we had three kids doing remote learning and two adults working remotely. No problems! We love this townhome and highly recommend it!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the second time we have stayed in this most comfortable beach home and we find it absolutely perfect for us. The layout is terrific and nicely decorated. It is well maintained. The kitchen/dining/ living areas are just right and the office/work area upstairs ideal for getting some work done while others are downstairs. It is a very quiet location and most convenient for shopping and beaches. The AC works well and is quiet. Check-in and out was most easy and we had no issues at all while we were there for three weeks.
