Indulge in that year-round sunshine and blue water here in Palm Coast for your next vacation away from it all. With ample room to spread out, all of the comforts of home, and unending activities to enjoy within steps of your front door, you and your guests will have no problem filling each day with fun. When the day heats up, simply head out to the shared pool with a good book in hand and take a dip in the refreshing water for some sweet relief. Venture a little further and you will find direct beach access leading to miles of uninterrupted sugar-white sand. When everyone returns to home base, the full kitchen will come in handy for homecooked meals or movie night snacks. Not to mention, the private balcony is fully furnished and makes for a great space to watch the colors of the sunset.

What's nearby:
Sitting on Ocean Course At Hammock Beach, the golfers of the group will be in paradise knowing a round of 18 is mere steps away. Not to mention, the hustle and bustle of Palm Coast is less than a mile from the complex offering everything from tasty restaurants to fun coastal shops. The beach For a change of scenery, don't hesitate to check out the beautiful landscape and trails of Washington Oaks Gardens State Park just three miles north.

The space was nice. Floor filthy. All our socks are now black. Not enough beach towels. Sleeps six. Only 2 beach chairs. 3 beach towels.

Lovely oceanfront condo

Loved the oceanfront location and since this is an end unit you get a lot more light and brightness compared to other condos at this location. The condo was clean and well equipped with all appliances. One could need. The only small downside was that there is no beach gear like chairs, boards, etc. But not a huge deal. Overall, we were very happy with our stay at this condo and made some great family memories.

The unit is fantastic! Just as described in the listing with a perfect location. Getting the parking permit from Vacasa is a bit of a hassle, but as long as you get the information in to them, they are quick and responsive. Highly Recommend!

Amazing condo

We loved our stay. The view was amazing. Easy access to the beach. It had everything we wished for. The only thing is internet wasn't working even after calling the support line no one was there to fix it.

Nice unit with great beach location

The unit seems larger than pictured, was very clean, and is well located in a nice area of development. The beach is good for shelling, but is difficult to walk on without water shoes. The pools are very nice and are split for kids and adults. Overall better than expected.

Mom’s 81st Birthday Bash

My sister and I celebrated my mom’s 81st birthday by taking her to the beach for a few days. She loved our VRBO and raved about the view, the pool, the condo and the company:) Cinnamon Sunrise was perfect for our little family and we enjoyed the cleanliness, the ease of checking in and the convenience of the beach and pool. We will definitely be back to celebrate more big occasions- thank you for helping us make memories:)

Great Place Overall

We’ve stayed at several different units at Cinnamon Beach and it’s a great location for family getaways. This specific unit had amazing ocean views, since it’s located on the 5th floor and isn’t on a corner. First time not working with an owner directly. Check in and out was made very easy. Wasn’t a 5 star rating mainly due to cleanliness. Carpet in living room had several stains, master bath had mildew, and master bedroom mattress was very, very firm. The bunk bed was also a little unstable. Kids wanted to use top bunk but we ended up not using due to safety concerns. The AC was phenomenal and kept the unit nice and cool the entire time. Same couldn’t be said with prior units we’ve stayed at. Overall a great place to get some much needed R&R.

Nice Quick Getaway

My husband, son, mom and I went for a long weekend away. The condo was nice and clean, very accurate description. We accessed the family pool and my husband went to the gym several times. The only things that were slightly annoying was the water dispenser on the fridge leaked and the master bed was too firm for me to be comfortable. Overall we had a lovely visit and enjoyed coffee and eating our meals on the balcony. Would love to stay here again.

This property is in a tucked away in a beautiful guarded community with great amenities and an incredible view! Everything is easy to get to. The condo is tastefully decorated, comfy and a great place to relax. Downside - Don't be fooled by the nightly rate, you pay double in fees. There were some issues we ran into with the heating and water but it was the holidays so didn't seem worth reaching out to Vacasa who manages the property.

Beautiful view and great location

We visited in November (Thanksgiving week) so the whole complex was very quiet and almost deserted. Which is a bonus to us! Rooms were very large and condo had everything we needed. I gave 4 star for cleanliness only because the shower in the master had a considerable amount of mold growing in it - cleaning crew needs to spray down with clorox and it would be great. Everything else was spotless. Had lots of beach towels and shower towels/shampoos etc. kitchen very well equipped. Would definitely stay there again. Liked the security gate and feeling safe. seems like it would be a great place for families to vacation during the summer as well. Lots of seating in den, on deck, and in kitchen

Do not Have access to hammock beach resort amenities

In the listing not clear that you do not have access to any of the amenities at the resort. Health club or pools. If we booked directly through hammock beach would have paid same price but have access to everything. That’s what we thought we were getting. Husband also had to wait 45 minutes at gate because didn’t have his name on list even though we had sent email with the information. After a long flight and drive. The rental company is not local so very difficult to get a resolution. Talked to a manager who said would Call back and never got resolution. Actual condo was beautiful but a lot of hassles. Hi

Beautiful location and condo BUT NOT CLEAN

We loved the location of this condo. Beautiful sunrises and enjoyed watching the ocean each day. Great location for beach and pools alike. Condo was very spacious and well decorated. Our problem with it was that it WAS NOT CLEAN. Carpets were in terrible condition, should have been cleaned BEFORE we moved in. Also all but 1 window was able to be opened, all others broke. And then the screen door on the lanai was broke and could not even be used. Then we also had to report that the electrical system in the entire unit was not working properly. And the refrigerator had broken shelving, which we did get fixed after a couple weeks. We finally were able to get a response from the property manager after 2 weeks of complaining but nothing was done except for refrigerator repairs. All in all, we would NOT RECOMMEND VACASA as a property manager and also not this unit until it gets the overall repairs it needs.

Our local manager noted that they scheduled a carpet cleaning to remedy your concerns during your visit and we understand this was not convenient for your party. Since your stay, the carpets have been cleaned and we thank you for your feedback. The HOA is working on getting the slider repaired and we apologize for any inconvenience. Guests are asked not to leave windows open as the salt air can cause damage and our team will check to electrical system to ensure it is in good working order. The good and The bad

Positives: Gated community with beach view and easy access. The adult pool and kiddie pool along with the grille were really nice with good food, also with easy access and accommodating staff. It was quiet/family friendly. The actual layout of the condo and spaciousness along with washer/dryer in the unit were perks. Negatives: The condo reeked of smoke. It smelled like an ash tray. My husband and son have allergies and I am pregnant and all of us nonsmokers, so this was almost intolerable for us. We were really looking forward to a relaxing weekend away but could only tolerate this so much, forcing us to leave a day early (booked through Sunday, left on Saturday). We tried to stay out of the condo as much as possible for this reason. The cleanliness of the unit left a lot be desired. It was dusty and dirty. For example, the microwave looked like something had exploded in it upon arrival; random hairs in the bathroom sinks, carpets appeared not to have been cleaned in some time.

beautiful ocean view

We rented one condo and family members rented a second condo and a house in the same location. The condo was very spacious and clean. We especially enjoyed the large balcony with an ocean view. The beach was also really nice to walk on and very beautiful. We saw dolphins swimming every morning. The game room, fitness room and pool close early - about 5:00 pm. The area has an HOA and at some point they will email you a long list of rules which was a little off putting although none really affected us much. They also wanted names of all the guests and driver license for everyone driving a car for a parking permit. This felt a little invasive. We didn't have small children but some of the other families did and there was sort of a feeling that small children were not really that welcome. One of the pools is supposed to be the quiet pool and they don't like children in it even if they are being well behaved but not absolutely silent. Unfortunately the other pool was not heated until we asked the pool manager to turn the heat on and then it took a day to heat up. One of the other families also had infants that did not need their own bed and were initially told that infants counted toward the maximum occupancy which was a little ridiculous.

Stunning Ocean Views with Comfortable Accommodations

I stayed in this beautiful condo in the end of February. I knew it would likely be chilly on the ocean coast this time of year, but I needed to get away for some sunshine. That mission was accomplished. There is a brisk wind on the balcony - which is expansive - but with a nice blanket that is provided, one can easily take in the beautiful ocean views the waves, and stunning sunrises. I considered staying at the resort a few doors down and in so glad i rented this peaceful place instead. The resort has a lot of loud construction going on and the worst we had to contend with here was some footstep sounds in the nearby stairs and a group of folks below enjoying dinner. PROS: VIEWS! Wave sounds, comfortable bed, nice shower with Waterpik head, lots of space and quaintly decorated, clean and up to date. Close to Publix and JTs restaurant. Beach access (no chairs or anything provided or available), dog friendly (if you're traveling with a service dog), basics in the kitchen, steps or (clunky) elevator options. Clean! CONS: Musty smell upon entering, but it's because of the carpet holding ocean moisture. Open the sliding glass door, problem solved. Windows do not open, which is ok if you're in the main suite, not great for the other two bedrooms. No beach comfort items at all. Poor/confusing early communication. One email said my ID wasn't verified and that my reservation was canceled. After many texts, verified that it was not, but that was stressful.

The Casago First Coast Team were so responsive and helpful. The condo was large and every room had its own space and own full bathroom. It was only my husband and I, but if others had stayed with us, we would not have been on top of eachother and all would have had our own space in the home. Back Porch was huge with a great view. Very clean. Very peaceful.
