Newly renovated lakefront 4-bedroom house in Cross with dock sleeps 10
Escape to this beautifully updated house in picturesque Cross. With 4 cozy bedrooms including 3 king beds, 1 double bed, and 1 twin bed, guests will feel right at home. Relax in the living room and watch a movie on the 85” TV or sip a cold one or cup of joe on the covered back patio and enjoy the picturesque waterfront backyard.
Our beautiful home is located in a very small and quiet neighborhood. We have wonderful neighbor’s who enjoy the peace and quiet.
Absolutely no parties or events.
Neighborhood and speed limit…
Quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM must be observed. We live in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood, and we require our guests to be respectful to our property and our neighbors. Please respect the neighborhood speed limit.
Smoking…
Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside. We do permit smoking outside on our property, but please clean up after yourself and also make sure all of the house doors and windows are closed. If we smell smoke and have to pick up cigarette butts after you leave, there will be an additional cleaning fee.
This is a lakefront property across from a forested island, so it is very likely that you will encounter wildlife, including insects and reptiles.
Wildlife…
Absolutely NO feeding, catching or antagonizing the alligators. Feeding them puts all of our lives and theirs at risk. (A fed gator is a dead gator). Please proceed with caution if they come around the dock.
Dogs…
We do allow a three (3) dog limit with a $75 per dog fee that is nonrefundable. This covers the additional basic cleaning that has to happen behind you. We require that you keep your dog/s on a leash or a run line at all times while outside. They must never be left outside alone and MUST stay out of other peoples yards. You are required to clean up after them inside and out. There is a pooper scooper near the back patio. We reserve the right to charge an additional cleaning fee if you do not pick up their waste.
ALL dogs must be approved before booking. Any undocumented dogs will be charged a $350 per dog fee.
Golf cart…
If you rent the golf cart for the extra fee ($100), it must only be driven by a responsible adult 18 years or older and must have a valid drivers license. *No exceptions*
Children and animals…
Children and dogs must never be left unattended. There is wildlife abound, as well as direct water access. You are responsible and liable for your family’s own safety. Please do not swim in our cove, that includes dogs. It’s too dangerous with the gators that like to swim on it here and there.
Lawn and boats…
Absolutely no driving on our grass unless you are putting in your boat at our boat ramp. The trailer and truck can stay on the ramp once the boat is unloaded. Feel free to use our dock to tie your boats up. Stay out of our neighbors lawns. There is ample parking on our driveway.
Boat ramp…
While we are at lakefront property and have a boat ramp, there are a few months in the winter that it’s unavailable due to the lakes seasonal drop. But no worries, you can use the public boat ramp (S&S) that’s located at the front of the neighborhood for a $5 charge.
Fishing…
Here for a fishing trip? Awesome! Make sure you clean up after yourself inside and out. This includes fish remnants, fishing hooks, etc. we expect our home and yard to look the same as when you arrived. Please do not bring any fish/ bait in the house.
