While this property doesn't have a gym, Lava 24 Fitness is a public gym located just outside the entrance into Palmetto Dunes at 811 William Hilton Pkwy Ste B with day passes for $20 per day. There is also a Planet Fitness and Breakthrough Fitness located on the Island for a fee.

Gate Fee: This property is located inside the private gated community of Leamington within the Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort. Two vehicle passes will be called in for you to purchase at the pass office drive-in window.
There is a $35 weekly gate fee per vehicle based on the length of your stay. This fee is due to the private gated resort security.
