¡Bienvenido a Seaside Villas # 120! Esta unidad de 1 dormitorio / 1 baño es una unidad frente al mar directo. Tiene una vista fantástica del océano desde la sala de estar y el balcón, y está a solo unos pasos de la playa.

Esta hermosa villa cuenta con una cocina completa que incluye una gama superior lisa, microondas, lavavajillas y refrigerador con máquina de hielo. Todos los electrodomésticos son de acero inoxidable. ¡Los gabinetes Cherry Bordeaux, la encimera de granito, el fregadero debajo del soporte y el grifo Grohe seguramente complacerán!

El baño también ha sido totalmente remodelado con un tocador de nogal con encimera de granito, todos los accesorios de Grohe, bañera Kohler con revestimiento de azulejos personalizados.

El dormitorio tiene una cama Queen Size Pedic de Sealy Posture y una cómoda grande para todas sus pertenencias.

Toda la villa tiene hermosos azulejos con aspecto de madera.

El condominio está en el lado norte, por lo que podrá ver el amanecer en la mañana muchas veces al año. Tampoco tendrá que preocuparse por el sol de la tarde que golpea las ventanas.

Esta villa es rara para Seaside Villas en que tiene 2 CONTROL DE CLIMA DE ZONA; uno para la sala de estar / cocina y otro para el dormitorio. La mayoría de las unidades solo tienen una unidad de aire acondicionado ruidosa en la pared que no enfría / calienta el área del dormitorio.

Usted tiene acceso a un gimnasio completo a pocas cuadras de distancia cuando es nuestro huésped. Esto incluye cintas de correr, bicicletas estáticas, máquinas de pesas, clases de ejercicios y una piscina cubierta.

Este condominio duerme 4 con una cama queen size en el dormitorio y un sofá cama queen size en la sala de estar.

Sea Side Villas está ubicado en el corazón de la isla Hilton Head en South Forest Beach. El complejo cuenta con una hermosa piscina, acceso directo a la playa (¡sin cruzar las calles!), Parrillas para barbacoa, duchas de playa, solárium.

Wish we could have stayed longer...

Condo was very clean and nicely furnished, as well as well-stocked with new dishes, utensils, etc. Very convenient to beach and shopping. Would recommend if you need a 1 br unit.

Wonderful Stay

We had such a wonderful stay at this property. It was very clean and had everything we needed. We especially liked that it had a keypad entry and we didn’t have to worry about keeping track of a key. Mary was great and kept in contact if we needed anything. Will definitely be back in the future!

Fantastic condo that is close to everything

This is a great condo that has been tastefully renovated, has a lot of great amenities and many details that make it feel like home. It is in a fantastic location that is close to everything with convenient beach access. The owner was very responsive and helpful in making the arrangements and checking on us during our stay. We really appreciated the personal touch. Will definitely stay here in the future.

Great Condo - Perfect for Two!

We stayed at a condo at Seaside Villas and it was perfect. It looked like the pictures! It was tastefully decorated. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of drawer and closet space. There was a large sofa and chair in the living room. The kitchen had everything needed. We will definitely stay here again!

Great property..great location

This villa was perfect for our visit to Hilton head. Was very clean. We have stayed in this complex in the past.. This unit was the best one we have used. Mary was great. Had chairs and towels for use at the beach.. Planning already to stay again next Memorial Day.. Coming again 2017 for a reunion with my husbands high school friends.. This complex is a great location..have told others about the villa and this complex..we just love Hilton head...

Home away from home perfectn vacation

We just returned from our Hilton Head Island vacation. Perfect Oceanside location close to everything yet quiet enough to rest peacefully. The unit was spotless and well equipped - very homey.
