Penthouse condominio en el piso de la esquina superior de la mejor sección de la costa baja, con vista a las hermosas olas rompientes de arrecifes de roca al sur de Rosarito en K-36. 7 y justo al norte del hotel las Rocas y Puerto Nuevo Lobster Village.

El Penthouse tiene todas las comodidades necesarias para un retiro prolongado y cómodo, incluido Directv con plasma de 52 pulgadas, DVD, estéreo Denon con sonido envolvente, calefacción central, encimeras de granito, cocina completa, patio extra grande, duchas, jacuzzi. , Techos de 14 pies, puertas de 9 pies, una gran sala de entretenimiento abierta y una hermosa vista de 180 grados justo encima del océano.

Rosarito del Sur está a poca distancia en coche de la fila de artesanos. Valle Guadalupe es de 45 minutos para los amantes del vino.

Beautiful, spacious condo

Very spacious, clean condo with a great view. We were a little surprised to see construction rt next to it (the view will not be a corner view for long) but, thankfully, we couldnt hear any noise from the inside. The patio is huge with nice furniture & a hammock. The view is great. The pool & game room were so fun for my kids. The pool was very warm. No beach access. We had a lot of trouble at check-in with security... but the property manager helped us out some. It just took a very long time to check in & we almost left because they were very rude to us, but, we are glad we stayed because it was worth the hassle!

As described, beautiful views!

We had a wonderful stay (3 nights) and left by 5 am Sunday to beat the long border crossing! The description is accurate and communication with the host is great. The views and the overall comfort of this condo outweigh any tiny mishaps. It is far from anything, but we grocery shopped and drove around to discover! The beds are comfy and the walk to beach was great! My kids enjoyed it and we were all able to relax and take in the views. Read the email the host sends in detail so that there are no surprises! The security guards are nice and friendly and we felt safe at all times. We hope to make this our annual Baja spot!

Anniversary get away

Took the wife here for our anniversary. This property is beautiful. A great balcony overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Easy walk down to the beach. Not much around here for dinner. You will need to drive or take a taxi.

Emergency visit made better

We had an emergency that led us to Rosarito, being able to find this listing and it being exactly how it was representative made it all better. The owner was great to work with, he was attentive to my text and made me feel important! He had his manager go check the wifi which was not working when he sent her but worked perfectly all weekend. The elevator was working most of the weekend and when it didn’t the guard came to help bring our things down! The only mishap was during check in was in did not bring the pass…..BRING A PRINTED COPY OF THE PASS ATTACHED TO THE INSTRUCTIONS!! Oh and let the shower run In the spare room for warm water. This was a great plans and I really would rent this again!!

Very nice place!

Highly recommend staying here. Just bring some movies “dvd’s” as the Wi-Fi didn’t work at all. House has the best view, felt very safe, and beds were comfy!

Great place, the view.... and the kitchen love it!

Enjoyed our few days at this beautiful place. Everything was as stated, only issue was internet was slow at first and the weather wasn't in our favor but other than that everything was great!

Dreamy View, Didn't want to leave!

Our family stayed here for a little over a week. We did so much research prior to settling on this condo. Here are my detailed thoughts: Pros: the view. You just can't beat it. Listening to the waves never gets old and you don't need white noise. Staff is friendly. Feels very safe. Place is large and spacious. Kitchen has everything you need to cook! Large pantry to put your food in. Great spacious fridge. The ability to walk to the beach at low tide was dreamy!! We also did lots of tidepooling which was a fun surprise. There are tons of shells to collect along the rocks. Great food recommendations. Las Rocas is a MUST - so much fun! The pool was great when it was open. Property is pretty clean and kept nice. So great to have washer and dryer on site. There was also workout equipment which was awesome!! Master bathroom is great - jacuzzi bathtub was great. The pizza place was SOOOO good! Highly recommend. Scott was so easy to work with, always responded quickly and kindly. We are already planning to go back!! Cons: the fans in the main area don't really work and neither does the AC (thankfully it wasn't too hot and we didn't need it). TV and stereo instructions are outdated, so we weren't able to use the stereo. BBQ didn't work. We emailed Lucy the manager and she responded with - everything should work and there's a backup BBQ (charcoal that didn't work either). Not any help. Porch lights were out. The rooms along the road side are kind of loud - have white noise and you'll be good. The bunk bed room isn't really a room but it worked fine for our kids! Pool was closed a lot and it sucks that you have to pay to use the hot tub. The guest shower wouldn't ever get as hot as the master. It took forever to get back through the border. Research when a good time to go is and don't get stuck like us! Bottom line: it was AWESOME and we are already planning to go back. I love detailed reviews because they help me pick the best place and plan a successful trip. Enjoy and thank you Scott!

Great place to stay for family vacation

Property was awesome, everything you need to cook, shower, wash clothes, all you need to do is bring your food if you want to bbq and don’t forget wine if you like drinks. Pool was great, I taught my granddaughter how to swim it was amazing

Wasn’t happy

I wasn’t happy when I got there and found out that the master bedroom bathroom was locked. I emailed the property manager Lucy and she came by 45 minutes later and then I found out that the extra towels and sheets cabinet was locked and she stated that this is the owners rules. Also the hot water in the bathrooms for the shower was not working at all. Also the property was listed as a three bedroom but it was two bedroom and the bunkbeds were in the laundry room which there was no air circulation. The AC also wasn’t working at all. The only thing I enjoy at this property was the ocean view from the balcony.

Vacation week

This property was very comfortable and cozy. Kitchen had all the essentials for home cooking. Balcony had an amazing view and comfortable furniture to see beautiful sunsets. The only problem that we encountered was the the living room couches were shedding so the “leather” was all over the room and stuck to clothes. Otherwise everything else was excellent.

Family Vacation

This place is AMAZING! Teen approved. The view is breathtaking. Perfect location to travel up and down the coast. Cleanliness and accommodations of the house are excellent.

This was an amazing place to stay. Beautiful deck and views. Nice furnishings and a kitchen with everything you might need which is usually not the case.

After surfing the northern baja for over 25 years, this location was determined to be the best for waves, weather, reduced winds, coastline views, access to the best restaurants, the town of Rosarito, and more.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The views are spectacular. The best local restaurants could compete in any town around the world. There are many (less popular) surf spots that are less crowded or empty. The condo has many upgrades, with granite counter tops, jacuzzi tub, extra large showers. It is well-kept, cared-for, and we expect the same of our respectful guests.
