The Space:

Welcome to your serene Asheville getaway in a private, gated Town Mountain community — one of the area’s most coveted neighborhoods. This elegant home offers a blend of comfort, style, and breathtaking long-range mountain views, perfect for families, couples, or friends traveling together.



The open floor plan features artisan details, soaring ceilings, and expansive windows that let the mountains in. Step outside to the large back deck, complete with a dining table, grill, and hot tub — ideal for morning coffee, sunset dinners, or stargazing. The front garden area features a cozy fire pit, and the spacious front porch invites you to relax and enjoy the scenery.



Inside, enjoy a fully equipped kitchen and multiple cozy seating areas, perfect for relaxing or gathering with friends and family. The lower-level game room is packed with fun, including shuffleboard and darts, while the loft upstairs features a poker table with cards for game nights. •Parking/Access Notes:

Truly nestled in the mountains, this home is accessed by a narrow, very steep road and a tight steep driveway that requires careful maneuvering. Parking is available for 3–4 vehicles: two in the driveway and one (or two backed in) on the parking pad above the home. AWD/4x4 is recommended all year. Please note: low riding vehicles may scrape on the road or driveway.

WINTER INFORMATION:

This home is located up a mountain road and is high in elevation. Winter weather can potentially make travel to and from the home difficult. At times we’ll have snow when Downtown Asheville does not.



Important Note: Please follow bear safety guidelines: do not leave food outside or in your car, and ensure car doors are locked at all times.



Guest Access:

You’ll have the entire home all to yourself.

You’re just 8 minutes from downtown Asheville’s restaurants, breweries, art galleries, and shops, 10 minutes to the Biltmore Estate and Omni Grove Park Inn, and 5 minutes to the Blue Ridge Parkway for scenic drives and hiking adventures. Enjoy nearby activities like zip-lining, river tubing, local farmers’ markets, or exploring the artsy River Arts District. In the cooler months, hit the slopes at nearby winter resorts, or spend a day tasting local craft beers and cuisine.

The easiest way to explore Asheville and the surrounding mountains is by car — it puts downtown and other scenic destinations, just minutes away. Prefer not to drive? Uber and Lyft are available in the area!
