The Space:

The open-concept living area features rustic wood finishes, a comfortable pullout sofa, and an electric fireplace to create a warm and inviting atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen makes meal preparation easy, and the dining area provides a charming space for enjoying meals together. The spacious bedroom comes with a plush bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep. You will have plenty of closet space in a separate laundry room with washer and dryer. Find all modern amenities: Roku TV with access to streaming services, electric fireplaces for a super cozy ambience, high-speed Wi-Fi, and air conditioning/heating for year-round comfort.

Large cathedral windows allow natural light to pour in, while the private deck is ideal for unwinding and taking in the fresh mountain air. The oversized wooden deck not only gives you access to your private sauna and hot tub but you have a beautiful gas fire pit and an adjacent barbecue grill.

The Neighborhood:

Just 3 miles from downtown Asheville and minutes away from Tunnel Road which has an array of restaurants, an Ingles supermarket & gas station as well as ABC liquor store. The cabin is situation on a private road with a handful of private houses. Whether you’re seeking outdoor adventures, local art, or vibrant city life, this location has it all.



Getting Around:

It is best to have a vehicle during your stay. The house is located on a private road, *18 miles from the Asheville Airport, *3 miles from downtown, *7.5 miles for the Biltmore Estate,



Other Things to Note:

We love our furry family and therefore have decided you may bring yours. Pet must be pre approved prior to arrival. 1 pet max 50 lbs. allowed with an additional pet fee of $75.

Any unauthorized pets will automatically be charged $200.
