This cute cottage has just been renovated and redecorated and features a large great room with board and batten ceilings with exposed beams and new wood floors. The custom designed and built mantle and fireplace features our new 50 inch flat screen television. Furnishings are exquisite and include many one-of-a-kind treasures as well as original artwork throughout.

The eat-in kitchen has brand new appliances with gorgeous granite countertops. You'll love the custom designed range hood and upscale new appliances. The kitchen also features a large dining table with seating for 8 including custom built banquette seating.

There are three bedrooms which are all beautifully decorated and feature wood flooring throughout. The master bedroom has a private bath with a tiled shower, travertine floors, and granite countertops. Furnishings in this bedroom include a king size bed with custom built headboard and beautiful mirrored bedside tables.

The guest bedroom features two queen size beds with seagrass headboards. This room features board and batten walls from the original cottage. Beautiful nautical themed bedding and original art complete this fantastic guest bedroom which is just across the hall from the 2nd bathroom.

The third bedroom is the 'Bunk Room'. It is located next to kitchen and great room and just a short distance to the shared hall bathroom. This room was custom built by a true craftsman. It features board and batten ceilings and walls for both bunks. Built-in night lights are nautical navigation lights. There are so many custom designed and built details in this room that you'll just be amazed at its true charm.

The second bathroom also has beautiful travertine floors and granite countertops. This bathroom has a wonderful newly refinished tub/shower combination.

An outdoor shower helps remove all the sand from the time at the beach. The backyard also features a terrace with a fire pit, Adirondack chairs, and a grill.
