Nothing dated here!  Upon acquiring this fabulous home, we replaced all new stylish furniture, upscale beachy decor, new TVs - a fresh, new look and feel.

Just minutes from the white sand beach, Mackle Park, and town center, your tropical paradise awaits at this bright, spacious 4-bedroom luxury vacation home that sleeps 11 comfortably in beds - King, King, Queen, Queen, & 3 single. This newly purchased, newly furnished, newly decorated home boasts a private heated screened-in pool. The home's southern exposure orientation keeps the pool in the warm sun all day. This luxury beach-theme vacation home is stocked with everything you need so you can relax and enjoy the island!

As you step into this lovely newly furnished home, you feel refreshed as you gaze up toward the open-air 14 foot ceilings. Enter the living room to a plush new sofa and comfy loveseat. Past the living area, you'll find a beautifully appointed dining table with seating for 6 guests to enjoy a delicious meal - plus additional kitchen island bar seating.

The fully equipped kitchen offers ample granite countertop space for preparing a home-cooked meal while your travel companions join you. Enjoy the feast at the nearby dining table, while taking in the views of the pool as you dine. The chef in your group will appreciate the new stainless steel appliances.

Raise your glass and toast your travel mates after serving them a drink from the elegant bar just off the lanai.

Bask in the sun when you head out onto the brand new screened-in lanai to take a refreshing swim in the sparkling, heated (always 85) pool - oriented with southern exposure so it's in the warm sunshine all day. Then dry off under the warm Florida sun as you soak up the rays on the plush chaise lounge chairs.

When hunger strikes, cookout on the gas grill and enjoy your lunch at the nearby patio table. After a fun-filled day, retreat to one of the cozy bedrooms for a peaceful slumber. The spacious master has a king bed with 65" cable smart TV, second also a king with 55" cable smart TV, third bedroom a queen, and the fourth has three twin beds including a roll out. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa with comfortable memory foam. The bedding is all high quality and you can expect a comfortable and peaceful night sleep. This spacious newly furnished, tastefully decorated home sleeps 11 comfortably in beds.

Enjoy your favorite program on any one of three flat-screen cable smart TVs - a giant home theatre 75" in the Living room, 65" in the Master, and 55" in the King bedroom.

Beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach toys, pool toys, etc. are also included. Pack lightly when you travel to this lovely home, as you'll be able to refresh your laundry in the washer and dryer.

The southern exposure pool is electrically heated, always 85 degrees. Enjoy!

Minutes from the white sand beach, Mackle Park, tennis park, boating & jetski rental, mini golf park, etc. There's so much to do right on the island. The city of Naples is a half hour drive. Try airboat tours in the everglades and so much more!

This upscale beach-themed vacation home is located exactly one mile from the beach - less than 5 minutes by car, 10 minute bike ride, or 20-30 minute walk. Free easy beach access is included - we cover your beach access parking for the duration of your stay.

Guest have private access to the entire home and garage. Includes:  4+ beach chairs, beach toys, pool toys, beach towels, pool towels, etc. Check-in is contact free.

Free beach access nearby, private southern exposure pool in a private setting, very quiet residential street with little traffic. Exceptional for families with kids. This home is literally 6 doors from Mackle park. Just minutes by bike or walk. You'll love the upscale beachy decor.

We love animals and your pets are welcome at the house.  We charge a $45 per pet per day fee and will send the request for the pet fee separately from the reservation.

Please note: In times that the weather presents temperatures that are unusually cold for this part of the country (below 70 degrees) the pool heaters will not work as well as expected because they rely on heat exchange to heat the pool and the reverse heat pumps are not as efficient at heating the pool water in cooler temperatures.

Security Cameras are on the outside of the house, and are recording during a reservation, NO cameras are inside the home or have a view of the inside of the house.

Noise detection sensors installed at the property – These devices monitor decibel levels at the property 24 hours a day and automatically notify us if noise levels are too high.
