About this place
If you are in the Derby area for work or to visit and need a place to stay, congratulations your search is over. Being centrally located between K-15 and Rock Rd, on the Northern edge of Derby, provides our guests with quick easy access to Rock Regional Hospital, local Shopping and Restaurants and it's just 10 minutes from McConnell AFB, 18 minutes to Downtown Wichita, and 20 Minutes to the Airport. We have a dog (Benji) and a cat (Pinky).
During your stay
Guests are staying in our home so some general interaction should be expected. We try to mirror the guest’s level of interaction as much as possible. If guests want to talk and get to know each other we are ok with that but if they would prefer to keep to themselves, we are ok with that as well. We work from home most of the time so if guests have questions, we will likely be home to help but if not, they can give us a call.
