This centrally located cozy beach box is perfect for your OBX vacation. Walk to the beach or drive and park free at the nearby beach access. The neighborhood soundside pool, clubhouse, soundside beach, boat ramp and dock are great for relaxing near the water on the days you want to skip the beach. Bring your kayak or paddleboard to enjoy the calmer soundside water. Close to fishing piers, restaurants and shopping. Parking for 2 cars with electric car receptacle.

Guest access
Guests have access to the house except locked owners closet in bunk bedroom.
Under house exterior. The enclosed portion is locked storage with limited access for charcoal grill, beach chairs, floats. Locked Deck box, building materials, bikes(locked together) and all other items are off limits
Back yard and left front yard when facing front of house from street. Note cactus and sand burrs grow naturally in yard. Do not walk in sandals or barefeet. or let your dog in the yard. There is a wood walkway to sidewalk adjacent to highway which should be used with caution as the cactus and sand spurs grow quickly and blow around.
The right side is off limits as it is the septic system.
Driveway parking for 2 regular size vehicles. No on street parking.
Other things to note
The pool is available seasonally with an additional fee. $6 per person/ per day, $30 per person/ per week or $135/week per family (up to 6 people) which can be paid at the pool clubhouse.
The boat ramp is available with an additional fee.
The listing has a locked owners closet in the bunk bed room. Do not attempt to access this.
The enclosed area under the house is private storage and off limits.

Our property backs up to the highway so there is potential for noise. We supply sound machines in each bedroom and have installed blackout curtains to minimize the sound.
Parking is only allowed on the paved driveway. No parking in the yard as it will damage our septic system.
Parking is for 2 to 3 cars. One under the house and one or 2 in the driveway. Caution there is a bulkhead that prevents cars from pulling in too close to the house.
Street parking is prohibited throughout the neighborhood.
No smoking, vaping, e cigarettes, candles or incense on the property. This includes inside, under the house or in the yard or driveway.
Do not move furniture.
Do not run AC/heat with windows/doors open. Please close the windows when leaving the house, as coastal weather can change quickly.
Quiet hours are 10 pm to 9 am
Please do not set the AC lower than 70 during summer months
Please do not set the heat above 70 in winter months
Setting the system higher or lower than your desired temperature does not speed up the temperature change and can damage the system.
Please rinse off in the enclosed outside shower before entering the house or using the indoor shower/bath. Sand damages the septic system.
Please do not use supplied bath towels for the beach or pets.
