Bedroom 3: A kid`s dream, complete with bunk beds and a smart TV. Your little ones will love spending time in this cozy space, whether it`s playing games, watching movies, or simply relaxing.

LIVING/DINING:
Dine and relax in this well appointed vacation home. Plenty of seating in the living room around the fireplace, or at the dining table to eat or play a board game or puzzle. Turn on the 75`` Smart TV perfect for watching a big game or relaxing at the end of the day with a great movie go start up a poker game in the 2nd game room just off the living room or battle in pool!

GAME ROOM-
The converted garage game room is a haven for entertainment, featuring a variety of games to suit every taste. Challenge your friends to a game of ping pong or test your skills at foosball or air hockey. Whether you`re a casual gamer or a competitive player, you`ll find plenty to keep you entertained.

KITCHEN:
Gather all of your family and friends around this remodeled gourmet eat-in kitchen with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, a 5 burner gas range, and a large oven.

OUTSIDE:
Step outside to the entertainer`s dream backyard. Relax in the SPA, fire up the BBQ, and enjoy a movie night on the 75` TV. Two fire pits and twinkling lights create a magical atmosphere, perfect for stargazing and storytelling. Topped off with custom ski and snowboard decor that turns this outdoor space into a magical memory making haven!

INCLUDED WITH YOUR VACATION HOME:
All of our vacation rentals are fully furnished with Smart Tv`s offering Hulu and streaming services capability along with high speed WiFi (Free WiFi). Kitchens are equipped with appliances including a refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, crock pot, Keurig and traditional drip coffee maker (ground beans), toaster and blender.

KITCHEN:
Properties are equipped with the following items to accommodate the max occupancy of the home: basic dining, cooking and serving essentials including plates, bowls, silverware, wine and drinking glasses, cooking utensils and kitchen accessories such as can opener, wine opener, measuring spoons and more. We also provide a spice rack, salt and pepper. No other cooking essentials or supplies are provided (oil, sprays or other cooking ingredients, foil, cling wrap, etc.).

PARKING- No garage access for parking as the garage is converted to a game room. (3) cars can park in the driveway. EV Charger located inside the garage on the right side.

GENERATOR- Back up generator will automatically kick on should the power go out. Never be without power!!

HOUSE SUPPLIES:
Your home will be stocked with an initial supply of trash bags, paper towels, kitchen sponge, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, laundry pods and dryer sheets.

OTHER ITEMS:
The property is equipped with a specific quantity of bath and beach towels to accommodate the max occupancy of the home. The bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. There is also a designated laundry area with washer and dryer.

GUEST ACCESS:

Guests have access to the entire home. The chalet is accessible using a keyless system that allows entry into the home through your entire stay. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier so that you can start your vacation as soon as possible!

Other things to note....
- FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS - WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT?
Check in is after 4PM local time, and check out is 11AM. Early check in and late check out may be available for your reservation. There is no extra fee for early check in, or, late check out (If we can accommodate your request, we most certainly will!)
WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY?
Our homes are keyless entry, we issue a “code” rather than a physical key. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier.
DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE?
Cleaning is performed at the end of your stay. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee.
WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS?
All of our vacation rentals are furnished and have a kitchen with amenities including a microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender. Each property is stocked with cooking and serving items including plates, bowls and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew, measuring spoons and more. The coffee maker takes ground coffee and there is also a Keurig (k-cups) and we also offer a spice rack, salt and pepper.
There are bath towels, beach towels and bed linens. We also provide an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap and dishwasher soap. Bathrooms are stocked with Shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry soap and dryer sheets.
CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME?
We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc... so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered.
DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS?
No we do not. Our home has noise limit requirements set by the HOA. We do recommend bringing your own Bluetooth speaker to enjoy!
DO YOU ALLOW PETS?
No cats, certain non-shedding hypoallergenic dogs will be considered at an additional fee.
