Hermosa casa de 3500 pies cuadrados cerca de la base de Snow Summit en Big Bear. Esta casa tiene capacidad para 15 personas y puede acomodar hasta un total de 5 automóviles (2 en el garaje y 3 en la entrada).

* 1 dormitorio y 2 baños completos están ubicados en la planta baja.

Esta casa cuenta con una gran sala de estar, comedor y área de cocina en la planta baja. Y tiene un gran loft con TV (cable completo con canales Premium), mesa de Poker / Gamr y futbolín en la planta superior.
También hay una gran sala de bonificación fuera de la cocina que tiene un sofá seccional con un juego de tejo extraíble, un televisor de pantalla grande ideal para las noches de películas familiares.

Para familias con niños pequeños, hay literas, mesa para niños y caja de juguetes con juguetes y libros en la 'Sala para niños'
También se proporciona para facilitar su estadía un juego de juegos, puertas para bebés y una silla alta.

Giant House for Family Fun

We came up to Big Bear for a long weekend with 4 couples and 2 kiddos (8 months & 3 yrs). This house was just perfect for us! It was very clean and super spacious! Plenty of room to spread out and to be together! The jaccuzi and BBQ were both clean and worked great! The kitchen had plenty of dishes, and cooking things, which was great since we never went out to eat! The only limitation was there was not glass wineglasses...maybe a couple. But, one of our couples came up late, so they brought wine glasses. There were toys for the kids, a pack and play, and a high chair! And a twin bed in the bunk bed room that wasn't even shown in the pics which was great for the 3 year old. There are several houses close behind, but, if anyone was there, we never heard them. We had great fun with the tabletop shuffleboard and foosball. Sasha is wonderfully responsive and helpful! We only wish we could have been there longer!

Perfect for a family

We had a wonderful family get together at Sasha’s cabin. It was beautiful and spacious. The open layout of the kitchen, dining room and living room was a great layout for bonding. The back patio was perfect for having a relaxing dip in the jacuzzi and bbqing.

Had a great time!

Nice layout. Could use some TLC but for price was very good. Kitchen needs new pans, cutting board and knives. Coffee maker does not work. Needs some organization and an overhaul. But our family had a great time! Nice space and loved the shuffleboard!

Fun Family Cabin - Great Location!

We rented this location to spend time with our family who live throughout the country. It was the perfect location, easy to reach trails for hiking and biking. The cabin was spacious and had fun spaces to hang out, play games and eat together. Everyone was comfortable and had a relaxing, fun time!

Beautiful Place - Great Location

We had a group of ten and all had a wonderful time! This house is extremely large and had plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy themselves. Games, including ping pong, shuffle board, foos ball and poker are located throughout so there is plenty to keep everyone entertained. Sasha was quick to respond, friendly and very helpful. If you’re looking for a spotless home full of all kinds of amenities and close to Snow Summit, this is your place!

Great home!!

This was a great vacation home. It was really fun! Great location, beautiful trees all around in a quiet neighborhood. I wish that the cleaning was a bit more. The floors and carpets were dirty. And the backyard was a patio with spa and the rest dirt. I guess in my mind i pictured grass. But it was a nice home with lots of space and things to do. I do recommend adding a second fridge in the garage. With a large house/lots of people, it would be nice to be able to have 2 fridges. Just a thought. Thank you!!

Beautiful Cabin

Eleven of our family stayed here for a Spartan Race at Snow Summit. We will definitely rent here again in the winter. There was plenty of room for all of us and we could walk to the event. Sasha was available to help when we had a problem with the internet even while she was on vacation herself. The large kitchen was perfect with all the accessories we needed make meals. Four or five adults cooking at once-no problem!

Mother’s Day Getaway

Had a wonderful time with family! 10 people(ages 15-60). 8 of us had comfy beds, other two were on couch and comfy beanbag. Hot tub was perfect, kitchen well supplied. WiFi didn’t work, which bothered the kids, but adults were happy to have them unplugged and playing games and going hiking with us. 🥾🎲

Big Spacious Cabin!

My family and I have an annual Big Bear trip that we always look forward to. Selecting a cabin is not always easy and this our the second time we have stayed at this cabin and will be our annual cabin for our family trip moving forward because it has everything that we want. Let me start out with the communication with Sasha was great from the initial quote to any last-minute questions/requests I had. The check-in process is super easy along with the check-out process. The location is great and within walking distance to the slopes if you want to snowboard/ski. The cabin is well maintained and super clean! She had all the amenities in the kitchen such as oven, microwave, pots/pans, blender, coffee maker, and a lot of kitchen necessities if you are cooking home meals like we were. She had a lot of pillows and extra blankets in all the rooms. The bathrooms were clean and she had air fresheners, hand soap, and enough toilet paper in all the restrooms. The rooms are very spacious and super comfortable. Great heating system to keep you toasty during these cold temperatures. Nice chairs and swings to sit outside and drink a cup of coffee enjoying the fresh air. The neighborhood is safe and we felt at ease going our morning walk daily. Again, this cabin is big enough to allow a large family to have their own personal space but yet common ground areas where you can gather with the family. I highly recommend this cabin! I know how important it is for me to review the comments of other previous visitors when I select a location to stay and this is why I am taking the time to share this information. You won't be disappointed. We look forward to staying there for 2023!

Great location for boarding or village visiting. Cabin can accommodate large groups easily. The amenities include tons of entertainment. No need to leave the house. Highly recommend.

Labor Day Weekend

First of all, Sasha is WONDERFUL!! Very quick to communicate and ACTUALLY cares if you need anything or have questions. The house is in such a beautiful neighborhood and only a couple minutes to the downtown area. It’s clean, has a fully stocked kitchen with all utensils, and plenty to do ! We chose it because we all wanted a variety of areas to hang out in - 6 adults and 3 small kids - and it didn’t disappoint. From the deck and hot tub surrounded by beautiful trees, to the (huge) cozy nook upstairs, the garage with ping pong table, and the massive TV room downstairs - this place was everything we needed. Thank you Sasha!!

Great Stay

My family really loved our stay here. We did a lot of home cooking and the kitchen was large enough to accommodate multiple people making food at once. The deck outside is perfect and of course who doesn’t love a hot tub. This house is HUGE. We never felt crammed and there were multiple places for the adults and kids to hangout. Beds were comfy, 10/10 recommend 🤗

Great Getaway

The property is located in a great area, close to everything including Snow Summit (10 minute walk), the home has a great layout and open areas, perfect for large groups. Sasha is extremely accommodating and swift to reply to any inquiries. Looking forward to coming back !

big bear trip

I can't say enough wonderful things about this property and Sasha our host. The property was exceptional, everything we needed was provided (dishes, blankets, towels, fire wood) and location was great. Sasha was always available and communicated detailed information regarding big bear activities and covid restrictons, it helped to plan our stay and activities accordingly. Our family will definitely look forward to staying here again.

Great location and communication with owner.

We really enjoyed this area and the property. The kids loved the jacuzzi. I gave it 4 stars only because I felt like the property overall could have been a bit cleaner. The owners don't live in the area and I feel like their cleaning company is skimping corners a bit when coming in after someone leaves. Floors weren't clean and the kitchen garbage had left over quesadillas behind it. The owner (Sasha) was wonderful to deal with and very communicative. If staying in this area again, I'd consider using this location again as I feel like it was very centrally located to all that Big Bear Lake has to offer.

Amazing Mountain Mansion!

My friends and I stayed here for a long weekend & could not have been more impressed by this property! The cabin is more like mansion (but still decorated with all the cabin vibes you would expect in a mountain town - bear blankets, tree trunk pillows, California bears) & was super close to The Village, local hikes, & the lake. There were plenty of towels (bath & spa), dishes, and space for 12 of us + 2 dogs. I didn't notice any aggressive stains or other "uninviting" features mentioned in prior reviews, & with a group our size I was more afraid of! The pictures definitely do the property justice, except for the fact that you can't tell how big it is! Thank you, Sasha, for letting us stay!

We love it

We love the cabin. Very cozy and comfortable. Has everything we needed. You can walk to Snow Summit, it’s about 15 minutes walk and might be longer if you’re carrying your stuff. Sasha, the owner, was very attentive. There was enough room for everyone. The long dining room table was perfect for a big group of people to dine together. We really enjoyed our time here. The cabin needs tiny bit TLC and Sasha is on top of it. Thank you for providing a lovely place for our annual weekend getaway.

Amazing house

Great place, pictures are accurate. Great host. Check inn process is perfect. Very comfortable for a large group of people. Some mattress need replacement. No curtains on downstairs game room. Near snow summit.

Hi! My name is Sasha, and my Husband and I along with our good friend Matt, purchased this home as a vacation home for our families to make many happy memories in!

My husband and I have 1 son who is 2yrs old, and Matt has 2 children, a 14 yr old son, and a 2 yr old daughter.

We all live and work just 'down the hill' from Big Bear in Orange & LA counties, so this location was ideal for us to be able to get away easy and around all of our schedules.

This home checked all of our boxes and we hope you will enjoy your vacation here as much as we do!

We searched many homes in Big Bear, for the just the Perfect Home for us, and this home was IT!

What we love about it:
- Plenty of space for both our families & friends to be there together
- 1 room on the ground floor for our elderly parents
- A large bonus room AWAY from the bedrooms, for those night owls or early risers
- A deck outside with a Hot Tub (this was a MUST for us!)
- Open Concept Family, Dining, and Kitchen
- Flat Driveway (no steep driveway here)
- Close to Village with shops and dining
- Super close to Snow Summit Ski Resort

We loved the Rustic décor throughout the home, and the 'Log Cabin' look of the outside. This home gives us that 'cabin feel' but with all the space and amenities anyone could want!
