Dear Guest, We are truly sorry that your stay did not meet the standard we strive to provide. We work hard to give every guest a five-star experience, and we sincerely regret that some of the advertised amenities were not available during your stay. Regarding the pool, after speaking with the community management team, we learned that the pool was temporarily closed for construction on one of the days of your stay. We were informed that it was open on the additional days. After your checkout, I personally went to the pool area to verify its availability and confirmed that the pool was open and that the key card was functioning properly. While we cannot determine exactly what prevented access during your stay, we certainly understand how frustrating that experience must have been. As for the concerns regarding bugs, we do have a regular pest-control program through a reputable professional company. I also personally inspected the property immediately following your checkout and did not observe any bugs at that time. However, we take your report seriously and will continue to monitor the property closely and work with our pest-control provider to ensure it remains properly maintained. While some of the issues were out of our control we genuinely appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback.

Thank you for your review, Jennifer. As an update, we have spoken with the HOA regarding the hot tub, and the flooring has since been completely removed. The unit was originally built in the 1970s, and we have updated as much as possible, with the exception of the front door. Over the years, the home has naturally settled, so the door does require a firm pull before locking. While this area of Tampa is one of the older parts of the city, it still offers beautiful views that we hope our guests can truly enjoy. We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue improving the experience for future guests.
