The property consists of three units, each with its own separate entrance. There is an upper and lower levels as well as a loft over the garage. All of which can be booked simultaneously by different groups or all at once by one individual group. Be respectful with each other.

HOT TUB
- Please note that the hot tub is shared between all units and may be booked by different groups simultaneously.
- We kindly ask all guests to be mindful of noise levels and respect the privacy of others while using the hot tub.
- To ensure everyone`s enjoyment, we recommend scheduling hot tub usage with the other guests in the separate unit.
- Detailed guidelines for hot tub usage, including scheduling and maintenance instructions, can be found in the Airbnb guidebook provided in each unit.


GENERAL
- Cable TV is not provided. However, guests can access various streaming apps on the smart televisions by logging into their own accounts, such as Apple/iTunes, Amazon Prime Video, Netflix, Bell/Eastlink, YouTube, and Disney+. Guests must have their own accounts and remember to bring their usernames and passwords.
