Just a great place for relaxing and visiting Peggy’s Cove 15-20 minutes away and Lunenburg and Halifax 45 -6o minutes away. Don’t hesitate rent this place !

Loved the large windows overlooking the bay, the fireplace was perfect on our fall holiday- thank you to our host for the fresh eggs and the coffee cream in the fridge.Very clean and had all the extras in the kitchen for easy cooking in.Loved this spot- very quiet- would love to return again.

This place was wonderful it was clean and quiet. Sitting on the back deck with ocean view was amazing. The host was very informative on how to check in and left information for us to help with things to do and see. We would definitely return again

Can't think of a nicer place to stay in Nova Scotia. Our host was more than kind and welcoming and our only regret was not staying longer. The house was very tastefully decorated and spotless. Felt like home away from home. Perfection!

Everything was so perfect at this cottage! Beth made our stay personalized & even left us a map of places to visit while we stayed there. Very clean, beautiful views & unbelievable sunsets! Will definitely be revisiting in the future!

We were very happy to stay in your Vrbo Cottage as we visited our family close by. As soon as we walked in, we could tell that everything would be perfect by how clean and bright it was. The first sight of the bay through the glass wall at the rear of the cottage was breathtaking. Each room had little personal touches that showed how thoughtful you were for our enjoyment. The kitchen and bathroom were well-stocked with all we needed and more than we expected. The living room and bedrooms were very nicely decorated and comfortable to relax in. The grounds round the cottage were very attractive, with flowers lovingly planted all over and a nice patio area for sitting outside. One morning we were treated to the sight of deer grazing out back. We will recommend your cottage to anyone who is planning on travelling to the area. Thank you for making such a wonderful place available!

This cottage hits every dream of a get away. When you walk in, you immediately notice every little perfect choice that had been made to create this cottage. From the personnel notes and maps with highlighted places to visit. The host left us fresh eggs from their chickens and creamer for the morning coffee. Over the top thoughtful for first arriving. The charm and character of this house leaves you feeling special. From adventures in and around to lying on the couch and watching a movie, we were well relaxed and in a much needed down time. Let’s not forget the stargazing. Let’s just say all you wanted to do was look at the sky. The cottage is exceptionally clean. Thanks for exactly what we needed. Perfect getaway.

The cottage (house) is beautiful and the surroundings gorgeous. Spacious and very clean. Host was very responsive and very very pleasant. If you want to relax and enjoy the view you can and/or use as a home base to explore spots like Lunenburg, Mahone Bay, Halifax. It was perfect.

This cottage was one of the most thoughtfully appointed properties I have had the privilege of staying. Beth thought of many comforts to ensure our stay was seamless. She left multiple personal touches that showed her attention to our stay which made us feel special. The beds are very comfortable and the linens are excellent. All of this is outshone by the fantastic location both in proximity but also the ocean views. We look forward to returning!

This was a clean and fully equipped cottage. The view was outstanding and the amenities were all there. The personal touches by the host were so appreciated and went beyond anything we could have expected (there were toothbrushes, in case you forgot!). All communication was clear and timely. We stayed at the cottage for a week in August travelling from Toronto. I can’t express enough how wonderful our experience was! Our host, Beth, was easy to communicate with. She took care of every little detail to make our stay enjoyable. The cottage is very clean, spacious and nicely decorated. The Check-in and Check-out processes were very easy. We loved how quiet the area was, all we could hear were sounds of the ocean and the birds chirping. The cottage has access to a rocky shore. We were able to swim in the ocean, which was very calm and clean. For someone who would have difficulty walking over the rocks, there is a bench to sit and watch the ocean waves. Our most memorable experiences were watching the sunsets from our deck and from the shore. We visited nearby Peggy’s Cove, Lunenburg, Mahone Bay, and enjoyed kayaking in Blue Rocks. We are really grateful to Beth for the hospitality and hope to come back to this property on our next trip to Nova Scotia.
