Sun Dog has just completed extensive and beautiful renovations throughout the kitchen, living areas, bedrooms, and bathrooms. Nestled in a quiet area of North Surfside Beach, just a few blocks from the ocean, this home offers the perfect blend of comfort and coastal charm. The home features three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The king and queen bedrooms share a bathroom with a walk-in shower, the third bedroom with two queen beds includes a tub/shower combo, perfect for children. The open living space includes a modern kitchen, a cozy den and sitting area, and Smart TVs for family entertainment.
Enjoy relaxing on the expansive front and back porches, with the rear porch lift providing convenient access directly into the living area ideal for families with mobility needs. With plenty of parking and a quiet, family-friendly setting, Sun Dog is sure to become a favorite vacation spot for years to come.

PROPERTY AMENITIES
Internet, Televisions, Heat & Central A/C, Ceiling Fans, Washer & Dryer, Range & Oven, Microwave, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Basic Kitchen Amenities. All bedding will have a mattress cover, pillows and comforter or bedspread. We also provide a small bar of soap at each sink, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, and a trash bag in each trashcan. Guests should be prepared to provide any of these items as needed beyond what we supply. Guests are also responsible for providing detergents, spices, salt & pepper, sugar, etc as needed.
Please note that e-checks and credit cards are accepted forms of payment. Once you book your reservation, you will receive an email that will link you to a pre-check-in wizard where you can select your form of payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and E-Checks. A 3% service fee applies to all credit card payments, and E-Checks are not accepted within 14 days of arrival. The name on the payment method must match the name on the reservation. Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a pre-check-in email where you can securely select your preferred payment option. Please note that we do not accept Apple Pay, Cash App, Venmo, Affirm, PayPal, or Klarna.
The linen package includes sheets for all beds, 2 bath towels and wash cloths per how many the property sleeps, a kitchen towel, and a dish cloth. The linen delivery service does not include bed makes. If you do not need the linen package, please decline the service on your Rental Agreement which you will receive after booking. If declined, the linen service charge will be deducted from your second payment.
**Bookings exceeding 28 days will require a security deposit, which will be collected after the reservation is confirmed.
