If you like horses you will LOVE this place. The house itself was perfect for our party of four. Very clean and comfortable. It the absolute best part of this stay was the property itself. It’s located on a working horse farm that was perfect for walks around the pastures and in the barns. Justin was a great host, we will definitely be staying here again.

Very nice, clean, and comfortable place. Ashley was great to talk with and enjoyed meeting the horses, walk in the barn, meet n greet with Holly, and the family dogs. Will definitely share with friends and perfect distance to distilleries.

We had a wonderful stay! Everything was as-advertised & more. The house was a perfect for my husband and me as we explored the area. I loved waking up every day and taking my morning walk around the property. Enjoyed seeing (and petting) the horses and donkeys. The kitchen was well-stocked and met our needs perfectly. The bed was very comfortable and linens soft and cozy. Justin was the perfect host, quickly responding to questions. Thank you!

Everything was perfect! The place is brand new, super clean, plenty of amenities. Even though we only stayed one night I would definitely go back there again in a heartbeat. Justin was very responsive, very welcoming when we showed up and gave me good instructions on where to park my truck and trailer. Highly recommend it!

The property was perfect! We loved looking at the horses out the windows. It was very ciean, nicely decorated and beds and furniture were so comfortable! It was a great location for bourbon tasting and many excellent restaurants nearby. We really appreciated the washer/dryer in the property. It was absolutely perfect for two couples with two main bathrooms and attached bathrooms. We highly recommend this property!

What a great time Barb and I had. It felt like we were in a brand new home. Extremely clean and the nature around us was breathtaking. We loved the horses and were able to walk the grounds. Made some friends with the owners dogs too. This was such a great stay for us and we loved every minute of it.

This property is smack dab in the middle of the host family's horse farm which makes for some stunning views and beautiful morning and evening walks. When I arrived, Justin (co-host) was at the barns and came over to the rental to greet me and and to make sure there was nothing immediate that I needed. The place was spotless and very well appointed. During our stay there were students taking lessons from Justin's wife, and we were invited to watch the lessons, walk through the barns if we wished, and wander about the farm as we wanted, exercising some common sense, of course. :) I would and will absolutely return to this property for stays in the future. It is also very conveniently located to just about anything on the Bourbon Trail you'd like to see. In short, just a top notch place to visit and stay.

Charming, cozy and clean - this cabin was exactly what we were looking for. It was nice and quiet, but very close to everywhere we needed or wanted to go in the Versailles/Frankfort area. Very modern, clean and relaxing. We only stayed one night (by design), but we would 100% book this again for future Bourbon Trail trips - this was the perfect location for places around this area.
