Everything about this place is perfect!! Only a couple small details would make it fabulous. TV in the master, better pillows and the couch bed is definitely lacking in the comfort area but those are small details. Our stay there was totally awesome and would definitely recommend and stay again!!

Donny and his guest were wonderful visitors. They were very quiet, respectful of the property, and left the apartment in excellent condition. Communication was smooth and everything went perfectly during their stay. They are welcome back at Smoky Haven Seymour anytime, and I would gladly recommend them to other hosts.

Convenient location within a short commute to area stores and our family’s home was a big plus. This home was beautifully decorated, along with the personal touches added by the hostess, and supplies were sufficiently stocked to meet our needs. It was very quiet and allowed a very relaxed environment when we had some down time from our busy schedule. The bed was so extra comfortable, allowing for restful nights of sleep. Having a washer and dryer was an extra bonus! Our hostess was very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions we had. We hope to be able to stay in this property again the next time we visit our family. Would definitely give a 10 stars out of 5 stars review!

The apartment is very beautiful and spacious. They provide all you need and more. I was thankful for the coffee. Host is quick to respond with any help you may need. It was the perfect location for our needs, visiting a church in Seymour. However, it is not far at all to the Pigeon Forge area.

Excellent stay! Everything needed for either a relaxing stay in-house, or a base of operations for other activities, this works great for it all. If you want to relax, there is a comfy couch and streaming options to entertain you. If you want to cook, everything is there to do so! Add the ingredients and go, as all the cookware is there. It felt like home for a few days. Location, host, and value were all top notch. Highly recommended!!

I chose this neighborhood because it offers the perfect balance between peace and convenience. It’s a quiet, safe residential area where you can truly relax, yet it’s just a short drive to everything.

We’re only minutes from local stores like Food City and Walgreens, and about 20–25 minutes from popular destinations like Knoxville, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg.

What I love most is that guests can enjoy a calm, restful environment after a day of exploring the Smoky Mountains or the city.

What makes this space special is that it’s a private, fully equipped suite designed with comfort and practicality in mind.

Guests have their own entrance, a full kitchen (not just a kitchenette), a cozy living area, washer and dryer, and fast fiber internet — everything needed for both short stays and longer visits.

I also personally take care of the cleaning and details, so the space is always kept at a very high standard. My goal is for guests to feel like they’re staying in a place that is not only comfortable, but truly cared for.
