Welcome to your private waterfront getaway! From your suite, you’ll enjoy breathtaking sunsets over the Legacy Bike Trail and may even spot dolphins and manatees right out front throughout the day.

Your suite is a completely private room and building (approximately 400sq ft) accessible through a privacy gate on the main property.

Whether you’re looking for adventure on the water, a peaceful place to unwind, or a bit of both—this is the perfect spot for your coastal escape.
The space

•A kitchen area with stovetop (no oven), full-size fridge, microwave, sink, dining table for two, and plenty of appliances and utensils.
•Cozy queen bed and comfortable seating area.
•Private bathroom with shower.
•Your own screened lanai with outdoor seating to relax and take in the view.

During your stay, you’re welcome to enjoy:
•Complimentary kayaks, blow up paddle boards and pedal bikes (available upon request).
•Fishing poles (you may fish right outfront) beach chairs, and other beach essentials.

To get you started, we provide a welcome pack with toilet paper, dish soap, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

The whole studio/building please stay within fence boundaries (don't go past whit picket fence and white gate)

This cozy 400 sq. ft. guest house offers an open-concept layout (with the exception of the bathroom) and beautiful bay views. It sits beside the main house, where the owner resides. He travels frequently but may be home during your stay—and if you’re lucky, this super friendly host might even invite you along for a boat ride!
