This lovely and luxurious beach house on Isle of Palms offers a total of 6 bedrooms among its 4300sqft, including 4 king beds, 1 queen bed, and 2 twin beds. With 4.5 bathrooms, guests will have plenty of space to relax and refresh. The beach is directly across the street! The property boasts wrap around porches with beach views, a spa, pool (not heated), elevator (from garage up to the third story), crows next (great views), ping pong table, and plenty of outdoor space .



The Space:

The home has TV's and WiFi throughout, all equipped with YouTube TV and your favorite apps.

Whether you're traveling with family or friends, this tremendous home is the ideal beach retreat for your getaway. We look forward to hosting you at our place.



Bedroom/bathroom layout:

-Main level: Two king bedrooms with a shared bathroom. A half bathroom in the hallway.

Top floor: Two king bedrooms with private bathrooms. A queen bedroom and a bedroom with two twin beds that share a bathroom.



*Cleaning information: At this property we provide starter "essentials" like a hotel, but we don't have the maids come back each day to restock what was used. In addition to the complete professional cleaning between guests, we provide one bar of soap per bathroom, one small shampoo per bathroom, two rolls of TP per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, hand soap for the sink, two trash bags, and fresh linens for all beds. We also leave one towel and hand towel per guest the home sleeps. We do have a few beach chairs, and we provide towels.

Isle of Palms Beach (2026) - All You MUST Know Before You Go ...The Isle of Palms is a 7-mile-long barrier island in South Carolina, located approximately 12–15 miles east of downtown Charleston and accessed via the Isle of Palms Connector (SC-517) from Mount Pleasant. Situated between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway, it is known for its6 miles of white sandy beaches, residential community, and the Wild Dunes Resort.

Overall house was amazing! It was nice to have so much space to spread out, but also great communal areas. Pool was perfect and proximity to the beach was excellent. There’s a nice boardwalk that makes it an easy walk. We didn’t have access to an outdoor shower - had to use a hose to rinse off, but other than that everything was good. Robert was great at communicating with any questions/issues we had.

We had a lovely stay, in a wonderful home with great indoor and outdoor spaces. Close walk to beach and easy access to town and recreation center. Host was very helpful and checkin/checkout process was simple. Highly recommend this place.

We truly enjoyed our stay! The house is in a perfect location, with easy access to the beach and just a short drive to great restaurants and shops. It was the ideal setup for our multi-family vacation, with plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy time together.The pool was a huge hit with both the kids and adults, and we had so much fun playing ping pong throughout our stay. Robert was an exceptional host, always prompt, responsive, and gracious whenever we had a question.We had a wonderful vacation and would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient beach getaway!

Wonderful experience! The host was very responsive. The property is just perfect. I really have nothing that could be improved upon. It was ideal to beach access and had everything that you could even think of using. Looking forward to booking again next year!

The pictures do not do the house justice, it's very spacious and newly renovated! Pool and spa combo on the patio was fantastic and the proximity to the beach (directly across street access) cannot be beat. Property maintenance manager was very kind to come check on a few questions we had. Overall, a really lovely stay and highly recommend.

All of our family really enjoyed the beach house. It was clean and we all loved the open floor plan. There was plenty of room for the 12 of us to gather at night and play games or watch a movie. Every room had a streaming TV so everyone could have their own space. The beds were very comfortable. The pool is on the second floor with the spa which was very nice as we could come and go out of the kitchen and living room to pool area. There was ample room for dinners with all of us together and the surf board tall table was great for dinner and game nights. They have an ice machine in the garage which was very nice to pack a cooler for beach. The kitchen had everything we needed with a large fridge and gas stove.The house is very close to the beach with a nice public access boardwalk just across the street. The beaches were very nice and not crowded so we were always able to find a nice open space to spread out. The elevator was very nice to move our luggage in and out. There were beach towels and chairs for us to use. We would definitely choose this home for future vacations at the beach. We also liked being on the Wild Dunes side of the island as it was not as crowded and very peaceful. We would rate this a 10/10 and recommend to all of our friends and family.

Beautiful house, close to the beaches. We have very much enjoyed the pool, in particular the hot tub. When entering the house there were some cleaning issues in the kitchen area but it was very rapidly solved - the same day - by our service team i.e. Robert at the CS team and Julie who is an excellent cleaner. We appreciate very wel the fast and quickly responding. Fantastic views on top of the house towards the shores. Elevator was in good condition and very helpful. Overal a well deserved 5star.

We had a wonderful stay at the house. The home, was clean and comfortable. The house had beach chairs and beach towels that were not in the listing, which was a great extra benefit. The house also had a small roof deck with ocean views. The beach was very easy to walk to and access was basically across the street. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans but we brought in our own spices and oils. House could have also had a few more dishwasher pods. Owner was responsive and provided detailed instructions on how to check-in/check-out and how to operate the hot tub. Also provided a list of partners for equipment and rentals like golf carts, beach equipment, and kayaks, as well as local restaurants. I would definitely rent this home again and would recommend it for groups of 10-12.

The house and location of the property couldn't be beat! The house had endless amenities, plenty of room to relax and allow each person the opportunity to escape for some quiet time. The pool and hot tub with the large deck we're perfect for what our group was looking for. You're a short walk across the road to a well kept clean beach. There were 6 beach chairs that was a nice surprise along with an umbrella to use. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of plates, glasses etc. The elevator to bring our large luggage up to the third floor was also a plus! We were so happy and comfortable there that we've talked about doing a future girls weekend trip. One thing that could have better would be the cleanliness of the bathrooms and kitchen utensils. Showers and floors didn't seem to have been cleaned well. First time cooking, utensils had dried food on them when put away. All in all, it was a fantastic trip and nothing that would deter us recommending the property or coming back! It's a true gem on palm Blvd! Thanks for having us!

The place is great. I live local and had family in town, so I rented it for a few days. It's awesome. I would say the outdoor space(s) are really the highlight, but the kitchen is really amazing so runs a tight second. They're both exceptional. This is the perfect spot for tons of people. Location - Excellent (very short walk to beach - like, too short to use a bicycle)Neighborhood - ExcellentViews - ExcellentBedrooms - ExcellentResponsiveness - EXCEEDED EXPECTATIONSCommunication - ExcellentOutdoor space - Amazing!!!If I were making suggestions, they would be as follows: Bring the love with you though, this house is like a real estate model home and sort of big and empty. I'd highly recommend lamps in the common areas as the overhead lighting is like an OR. It's super-duper quiet because of the limited furnishings. A little off is all. Great place.

We had our family summer vacation in this house and it accommodated everyone and was a nice house with a pool and close proximity to the beach. It also has an incredible outdoor area to play ping pong, watch the World cup and toast s’mores by the fire pit. We had a wonderful time and loved the layout of the house. Families with children upstairs and Adults without children downstairs. Perfect set up.
