Kassa Wista Azzul-2 (planta TOP) ofrece vistas increíbles no solo del mar Caribe y las montañas, sino también de impresionantes puestas de sol. Se adapta a 10 personas. Ubicado en el centro, a solo minutos de Mayaguez, San Germán, las hermosas playas de Cabo Rojo, Guanica, L Parguera en Lajas y las espectaculares playas de Rincón. Convenientemente ubicado a unos 40 minutos del aeropuerto de Aguadilla (Aeropuerto Rafael Hernández).
Esto se encuentra en un barrio tranquilo. Ofrece un acceso rápido al centro comercial Mayagüez, la vida nocturna y los mejores restaurantes de mariscos en Joyudas, Cabo Rojo. A pocos minutos de la ciudad de Mayagüez y a unos 40 minutos de la histórica ciudad de Ponce.
Ventiladores de techo en cada dormitorio y sala de estar. También aire acondicionado en cada habitación. Recientemente renovado con un tema de casa en la playa, Kassa Wista Azzul-2 definitivamente será un lugar al que llamar hogar cuando visite el lado oeste de la isla.

Wonderful place to stay!

Absolutely beautiful property. Neighborhood felt very safe and close to all the necessities. 25 minutes or so to several beaches. Check in process was very easy. We appreciate the cooling system, the beautiful view and the recreation area the most. There are no basics like salt/pepper or laundry soap so plan accordingly. We did take one star off for description as we were searching specifically for a property that had a pool. This pool is hot tub sized and wasn’t what we were looking for in terms of kids playing in the pool.

Great view!

The house was on the smaller size but easily accommodated our family of four. We were on the top floor of the rental but never saw or heard anyone else. The view from the rental was very nice and we really enjoyed the outdoor deck area but did not use the pool, which looked quite small and was separated from the house down a slope. The water pressure in the showers was exceptional. While staying at the rental, we drove both north and south and found it pretty easy to get around. My only complaint is that the road on which the rental sits is fairly narrow, which made turning around to park on the street in front of it inconvenient but certainly not a deal breaker.

Amazing house!

We were a family with an infant and 2 other small children, the home is very well equipped with anything you could possibly need. Everything is new, the beds are like hotel beds, the decor is beautiful and extremely clean and organized. WiFi , internet and tv works perfect! The pool and the view are stunning! Perfectly located near everything but far enough for quiet afternoons! Wanda was super attentive checking up to Ensure everything was great! I strongly recommend this home to anyone looking to relax with your family! Thank you Wanda!

Perfect family vacation getaway

This property was perfect for our small group of family with teenagers. We had plenty of room and lots to do. The beach supplies were very appreciated. The location was very convenient. The views were gorgeous!

Wonderful stay

Very clean and well stocked home. Everything you need for your stay is provided for. We enjoyed watching the sunsets from the pool and playing dominos on the porch. We appreciated the coffee that was provided as well as dish soap, hand soap, and sponge. Would have liked some sugar instead of Splenda for sweetening. The kids loved using the beach toys and we appreciated having beach towels ready for us to use. Could improve on squeakiness of doors and front door can be difficult to open. Overall, excellent property and extremely responsive host.

What a view

We visit the beautiful island of Puerto Rico every year for 5 years now. We stay in 2-3 places each visit and this beautiful property was by far the best all around spot! I will ABSOLUTELY recommend this property as well as visit again myself! Thanks so much to our great host!

Family vacay

My family and I completely loved this place it was clean, modern and so spacious for my family and I. Not to mention the view from the pool is breathtaking. Every morning my daughter would go sit on the hammock with her coffee and take in the sunrise. The host was extremely nice and helpful throughout the whole trip trip made me feel as if I never bothered bothered her she is awesome.

West Coast retreat.

Great house, well done. Very clean and fresh. Everything is very new and in great shape. Our family loved exploring the West coast during the day and having our own hillside (can see the ocean from the property), tranquil retreat to return to each day. Cooling off in the pool while watching and listening to the birds at the end of the day was a highlight. Great job!

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Our parents built Kassa Wista Azzul-2 almost 50 years ago. They were both teachers and my mother loved teaching children’s in 2nd and 3rd grade, this was her passion! Then around 20 years after, my parents built Kassa Wista Azzul-1 for me.
This beautiful homes sit in about 1 acre of land with spectacular views. Surrounded by Mangos, guavas, avocados trees… Very safe and beautiful neighborhood, yet, so close to everything. From restaurants to beautiful beaches, to shopping malls including pharmacies and supermarkets.
This is about minutes from Cabo Rojo beaches and from the aclamated Rincon beaches. Around a couple hours from Historic Old San Juan and our National forest “EL YUNQUE” rated as 1 of the top places to visit. Don’t forget to visit “Cueva Ventana” in Arecibo for a view that will take your breath away! And if you like vising beautiful structures with styles in its architecture, you can’t miss Our historic Lady of Monserrat minor basilica church where, in 1590 the appearance of the holy virgin of the Monserrat occurred to Giraldo Gonzalez. In 1998 it was recognized as minor Bacilica.
