Beach Haven is a beautifully maintained 4+ bedroom, 3 bath home located on mid-island in a tranquil neighborhood. It is just a quick walk to the beach. Located in a quiet neighborhood near restaurants, nightlife, and entertainment. The Fishing Pier and Times Square plus plenty of restaurants, pubs, shoppes and entertainment are just a short bike ride away. Hotel style five-star linens and towels complement our comfortable surrounds so you can unwind and relax in style.

Estero Island has numerous restaurants and night life for your choosing. Water activities abound, with fishing charters, scuba and snorkel adventures, jet ski rentals, parasailing and other close by things to do.

Fort Myers, Bonita Springs and Naples are all modern cities with plenty of shopping, dining and sightseeing to experience. The South West International Airport in Fort Myers is close by for convenience as well.

The kitchen is beautifully designed and fully equipped. It has a beautiful tile countertop, stainless steel appliances that include a refrigerator with freezer, a glass top range with self-cleaning oven and a built-in above-range microwave oven.

The spacious living room is furnished with comfortable sofas, tables and chairs, and a flat screen TV. The downstairs family room has outdoor access to the private swimming pool and sun deck, as well as a flat-screen TV, games, and beach essentials with comfortable seating. The bathrooms are comfortable and large, all having showers. The upstairs has a master king bedroom with an ensuite bath, a large walk-in closet, and a flat screen TV. The upstairs also has 2 queen bedrooms with closets. The downstairs has 1 queen bedroom with a closet.

The private pool has a plenty of entertainment space and bar to make drinks and serve great food! Beach items are provided and may include a cart, towels, umbrella & chairs.

Estero Island has numerous restaurants and night life for your choosing. Water activities abound with fishing charters, scuba and snorkel adventures, jet ski rentals, para-sailing, etc. Fort Myers, Bonita Springs and Naples are all modern cities with plenty of shopping, dining and sightseeing to experience.

We had a great spring break trip at beach haven! The house fit our needs perfectly with four bedrooms a great family area, pet friendly, pool, and walking distance to the beach! The host was very responsive and checked in frequently to make sure we had everything we needed!

Very responsive and attentive to needs

Our family stayed at the home and it was just what we needed. A time away from our busy lives. A meet up spot and just a few minutes walk away from the beach. The home was clean the kitchen was stocked with needed appliances. If there were issues during the day, the host responded in the appropriate time and very understanding. The pool was perfect for the kids!

Amazing location and great space!!! Room for our family of 4 and probably more than 4 could stay at the property easily. We loved how easy it was to get to the beach and the unobstructed view too!! You can tell the property is slowly getting renovated following the hurricane and appliances and other items are new. A few items that would upgrade the experience would be better water pressure or replacing the faucets throughout the property-most barely provided enough water to wash your face. And, maybe some additional blankets. The house was awesome, clean and super spacious for our family and we loved access to our own small pool. Overall we loved it…the water pressure was our only issue.

Check in was a nightmare. Key pad was unreadable, given the wrong code. When Coastal was contacted they told me I should block the sun and try it. They offered to bring a key the next morning. We got in because the lock was not locked properly. There was an infestation of termites in the house that were covering the beds. They offered to send a pest control person and cleaner but we were in the process of cleaning up the mess. I still have not gotten my deposit back. They did bring a key mid morning Saturday. We left the property cleaner than when we arrived. Very disappointed in the lack of concern. We have vacationed and weekends for years on Ft. Myers Beach before the hurricane destroyed the paradise that it was, this certainly is no way to treat people that pay good money for an expected relaxing experience. I want my deposit back. I would not recommend Coastal Breeze. Ruined it for us.

When you contacted us regarding the keypad, our team provided troubleshooting assistance and offered to deliver a physical key the following morning. A key was subsequently delivered as promised. Regarding the pest concerns, we take these matters seriously and immediately offered to send both a pest control technician and housekeeping staff to address the issue. The property is on a routine pest control service schedule, and our pest control provider continues to monitor and treat the home as needed. We also want to note that your security deposit has been fully refunded. Additionally, our post-stay inspection documented guest-caused damage, including a broken window and a missing TV remote, which required attention after departure. We strive to provide responsive service and work diligently to resolve concerns when they arise. While we regret that your experience was not satisfactory, we believe this review does not accurately reflect the actions taken by our team to address the issues reported during your stay. We wish you the best in your future travels.
