Escape to this Denver haven, perfect for families! This 5-bedroom house boasts a theater room, game room, and a relaxing hot tub. Enjoy the backyard with a BBQ, fire pit, and games. Conveniently located just 10 minutes from downtown Denver, 20 minutes from the airport, and 20 minutes from the mountains.



The Space:

The game room is designed for fun and entertainment. It features a 2-player Mortal Kombat arcade game, foosball, a 2-player basketball game, and a poker table. Guests can also take photos in front of a hand-painted D-Town wall. For those needing to work, there is a cozy workspace with a desk, super-fast Wi-Fi, and an Ethernet connection. The property offers ample parking with an oversized driveway and free off-street parking. The city view from the top of the street is a highlight.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire home besides the locked supply closets.

Explore local dining spots within a few miles or head downtown for a wider array of restaurants. The neighborhood itself is residential and quiet, providing a peaceful retreat while still being close to the city's excitement.



Getting Around:

Getting around Denver from here is a breeze. You'll find ample free parking in our oversized driveway and on the street. For public transit, the property is conveniently located near bus routes, providing easy access to downtown Denver and surrounding areas. Denver International Airport (DIA) is approximately a 20-minute drive away. Major transit hubs, such as Union Station, are also easily accessible, making it simple to explore the city without a car.



Other Things to Note:

Please note: Before using the hot tub, rinse off to remove any dirt or debris. Failure to do so may result in a $250 cleaning fee if the water needs to be changed after your stay. Photos are taken before and after each guest's stay. Also, please inform us of the total number of guests staying at the property, including any additional visitors.
