A cherished family home located on the scenic Indian Point road in Stonington. With sweeping views of the Deer Isle Thorofare, vacationers are able to watch the changing sights of the harbor. Enjoy being a short walk from the village.Sams Cottage has all the main living areas on the first floor, giving a great amount of accessibility for travelers of any age. Sams cottage has an open floor plan and hardwood flooring all throughout. The kitchen is well equipped for any meal, from lobster to hotdogs. There is a lovely dining room table with seating for six and delightful views of the Atlantic. The living room is very comfortably furnished with a couch, cable television and two chairs. The first floor bedroom has a Queen Size bed, a large closet and dresser. There is a full bathroom with bath tub and shower and a laundry room with washer and dryer.
The second floor of the home has a large bedroom with two Full Size Beds. There is an armoire and dresser for clothing. Finishing off this sweet cape, is a lovely reading nook, with two rocking chairs situated to look over the beautiful sights ahead.
Come and enjoy some time at Sams Cottage in downtown Stonington. Just a short walk from the Isle au Haut Boat Company, the public boat launch and the village of Stonington, this cottage is sure to be a hit for all travelers.

HOUSE RULES
NO SMOKING! No large parties or gatherings! No fire pits unless advertised and included!
CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations must be in writing and received by Agent. Cancellations may only be made between the date that a reservation deposit is received and a date determined to be 45 days prior to the tenants scheduled arrival date. Cancelations within 45 days of arrival will not result in a refund in whole or part of rental monies received. If a cancellation is made prior to 45 days of arrival, the Agent shall, as an accommodation to the Tenant, make an effort to re-rent the property at the published rate for the rental term reserved. No refund of rents paid will be made until the canceled period is re-rented and confirmed. If the canceled period is re-rented, any rent and taxes paid will be refunded less a $100 administrative fee. If the re-rental amount is less than the published rate, any difference in rental rate remains the sole obligation of the tenant. If the unit is not re-rented, all rents paid, processing fees and taxes shall be forfeited as damages. This cancellation policy is strictly followed. Tenants are encouraged to purchase travel insurance for all vacations to cover many situations that may arise that might cause one to cancel vacation plans. There are many independent insurance providers available to tenants.
I understand that the insurance company holds this policy and that The Island Agency does not determine eligibility of claims.
