Will definitely be coming back!

The property and condo was so nice! Beach was absolutely beautiful and had a great view of the ocean from our condo. This was our first time to Sanibel and it was an amazing experience.

Family Vacation

We enjoyed our stay and we would return. Place included everything stated. WIFI was slow and disconnected at time. Post stay we were charged $25 for some tumblers. We were not advised of this at arrival otherwise would have informed them immediately that there wasn't any tumblers in the unit. To get a text stating $25 charged and no explanation was upsetting and required a phone call and follow up.

Beach & pool access wonderful!

Loved our stay here, the pool was just across the way, the beach just a few steps, the weather was great, very peaceful.

Love this beach

We had a great time at IBC! What a great place to vacation and relax! The condo was clean and we loved all the seating in the living area. Bring your own kitchen utensils as the kitchen is sparsely equipped. But who wants to cook with all the wonderful restaurant on the island and Bailey’s has great donuts! The grill at the complex is great! We LOVED our vacation!!!

Mixed feelings

WHAT WE LIKED: The condo was very clean. The furniture, including the beds, were comfortable. The condo complex was quiet and close to a lovely beach. The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes, glassware, utensils, and pots & pans. There was a nice view of palm trees and foliage from the large windows. The screened-in porch had a view of the beach and is large enough to hold a table and 4 chairs as well as a lounge chair. The pool is nice. We appreciated the covered parking spot. Check-in and check-out were simple and easy. WHAT WE DIDN'T LIKE: While this unit is advertised as beachfront, it is not. The rear of the complex itself is, but this unit is toward the street side of the complex so there is a 2-3 minute walk to the beach, which is significant when you are carrying chairs, towels, umbrella, cooler, etc. The view of the beach is from the balcony and part of the living room only. There is no view from the bedrooms other than the parking lot. Also, the condo needs a facelift. The paint and baseboards are scuffed . The kitchen appliances are ancient (but work fine), although there is no ice maker in the freezer. Unless you’re willing to fill the ice trays, you’ll need to buy ice. The bathrooms have updated vanities and countertops, but one bath has an old tub with a rusted drain and rubber drain stopper. The toilets are the older low ones. The rollers on the folding closet doors in one bedroom are broken and the front door hinges are very squeaky, even after we applied WD-40. The A/C works well in the main part of the condo but the master bedroom was very warm even when we left the bedroom door open at night. A few of the living room outlets did not work. The beach furniture provided was broken and rusted, but the management company graciously provided new ones on our request. Be aware that this unit is on the 3rd floor. There is an elevator but it was somewhat cumbersome carrying our luggage and groceries in and out and when taking our pet outside. FYI: There are 2 grocery stores and several restaurants within a 5 minute drive. There are few restaurants that deliver, and none within walking distance, so be prepared for a short drive.

Great location. Nice booking agents. Air in condo not great. Bedroom was hot and den was freezing. Tv service and remotes not always working. Great view.

Relaxing beach view....

Great condo, very clean. Easy parking and so quite...enjoyed the wild life and beach from patio. It was a good value, highly recommend! Just bring shorts and flip flops.

This Condo is Great!

This condo is in a great location. So convenient and a very comfortable place to stay. Access to the beach was great and the pool at this complex is amazing.

Island beach club vacation

Our stay was Awsome. We felt at home condo was very nice, loved the ocean views from the porch. We were so amazed by how everything was so convenient and the beach just a few steps away. We meet several folks in the complex. All the people were bet nice even at all the shops. We will be back and request same condo if available. The girls at the office were very helpful. Thanks again for am Awsome vacation

Bad timing - red tide

Reviewer Comments: we were slightly delayed as the check-in required confirmation of being ready, not too much inconvenience. Condo was easy to get to with convenient elevators, but no luggage carts was a disappointment. Bed was pretty hard, luckily we notice an egg crate pad in the second bedroom closet and that made a big difference. on equipment, the lack of an icemaker was odd for todays world and as noted in other reviews, there was only one small frying pan, we had to buy one which we took home. same on spatula, only one metal one (not good got Teflon) so we went to Baileys, (which is a fantastic market) Access to the beach is pretty easy and we were in the favor of the Rain Gods as they left us along every afternoon. lovely Sea Breeze made them bearable daily around 2:30 or . we would book again

The management company was outstanding to work with and resolved a couple of very minor issues very quickly. The only complaint we have is that there was construction taking place the entire month, and while we completely understand that these things happen, it some of the other tenants stated they were made aware. The noise and mess from the workers was excessive at times. Still overall a good experience.

Wonderful Vacation on Sunibel

The only little deficit was the unsufficient beach Equipment -we bought new chairs and umbrella and left it as an improvement gift.
